Broker's comments

This outstanding Van de Stadt 48 is exceptional for her quality in finishing and detail. An interior that one could compare with the best of "Dutch" yacht building. Allthough a powerful rig is mounted, a small crew can handle the sails, reefing and setting through the use of electric winches. Her fractional rig makes her easier to sail than traditional sloop-rigged yachts. The smaller forward sailarea is much more effective.
