The famous fast cruiser/racers DB1 and DB2 formed the basis for the extremly successfull range of the Dehler 34/106. Introduced with new design features as the lengthend hull and different (better) interior layout, the Dehler 34/106 has earned the appreciation by many and is already a classic in its own right. Excellent performance under sail, innovative design, comfort and ease of handling make this yacht ideal for family cruising with "a kick". Worth mentioning is the excellent condition of the interior and her shallow draft keel.

GRP sailingyacht Dehler Optima 106 / Dehler 34 "Happy", built in 1987 by Dehler Yachtbau Gmbh, Germany, dim.: 10.60 (lwl 8.60) x 3.40 x 1.50 mtr, headway: 15.30 mtr, design by Van de Stadt & Partners, grp hull, deck and superstructure, perspex windows in aluminium framing, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 3,8 tonnes, ballast: 1,8 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 60 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 90 ltrs (polytheen), tiller steering.

Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom: 1.85 mtr, 1 x uw.toilet (2002), Eberspaecher diesel hot air heating, galley: electric waterpressure system, Frigomatic 12v fridge with holding plate.

Yanmar 2GM20 18 pk (13kW) diesel, installed in 1987, approx. 1620 runninghours, direct coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, two bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 2,5 ltr/hr, manual bilgepump, 2 batteries, shore power, automatic batterycharger, 12/220v electrical system.
