Broker's comments

The VITA is a very spacious and fast 30 footer. Two couples can sleep in separate cabins. The toilet is particularly large. Also the galley has the space that is usually only encountered in larger yachts. The proven 7/8 rig is uncomplicated. A crew of two is sufficient to handle the VITA without problem. And with four aboard you still don't get in each others way. This superbly manoeuvrable yacht is ready for her new owner.

Van de Stadt 30 Vita, built by Vreugdenhil/Van Kessel, Maasbracht in 1996, dim: 9.20 (lwl 7.80) x 3.10 x 1.60m., headway approx. 16m. wood/expoxy hull, superstructure and deck, round bilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacment: 3,8 tonnes, ballast: 1,6 tonnes (lead in steel casing), fueltank: 50 ltrs., fresh water tank: 180 ltrs, Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering.

Classic oak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom approx. 1.80m., RM96 u.w. toilet, galley with electric waterpressure system, Techimpex three burner gasstove with oven, Tropicol 12v fridge.

Yanmar 2GM20 18hp (13Kw) diesel engine, engine built in 1995, installed in 1996, approx. 600 running hours, indirect cooling system, Yanmar Saildrive, Gori two bladed propeller, 12v/220v electrical system, Vetus 1 x 70amp battery / Vetus 1 x 108amp battery, shore power, Plastimo 15amp automatic battery charger.

Pedestal compass, Autohelm St50 log and echosounder, Shipmate RS8300 VHF (with atis), Autohelm ST4000 autopilot, MLR Valsat GPS, Nasa Target navtex.

Sprayhood, cockpit cover, winter cover, life jackets, life buoy, safety belts, Fortress anchor, boarding ladder, bathing platform, fenders, clock, barometer, cockpit cushions, charts, fire extinguisher. Yacht always brought onshore during the winter.

Fractional-rigged, Proctor alum. mast, Goiot headsailfurling, 2 x Lion Sails: main ('97) / genoa I ('97), cover for main and genoa, tackle boomvang, tackle backstayadjuster, Lewmar ST40 sheetwinches, Lewmar ST30 halyardwinches, spi-pole.
