Nicely kept Scandinavian sailingyacht with good performance under sail if needed. Easy to handle, all halyards lead aft into the cockpit and fun to sail. Current owners have replaced and renewed lots of her equipment.

General
GRP sailingyacht Scanmar 31A "Realist", built in 1987 by Scanmar Boats Sweden, dim.: 9,40 (lwl 7,90) x 3,00 x 1,65 mtr, headway 14,30 mtr, design Rolf Magnusson, grp hull, deck and superstructure, new teak in cockpit (2000), hardened glass windows in alum. framing, forward deckhatch (2000), roundbilged hull, fin keel, displacement 3,7 tonnes, ballast: 1,5 tonnes, fueltank: 40 ltrs (s.s.) , freshwatertank: 120 ltrs (s.s.), tiller steering.

Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 3(+2) berths, headroom: 1.78 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet (2001), galley; manual waterpressure system, three burner gasstove with oven, Isotherm 12v fridge. New upholstery and floorboards in 2000 fitted.

Volvo Penta 2002 18 hp (13kW) diesel, installed in 1987, direct coolingsystem, new Volvo Penta Saildrive and seal in 2001, three bladed folding prop (1998), 12/220v electrical system, 2 x 70amp batteries (2001), shorepower, batterycharger (2002).

Silva compass, Autohelm Bidata log and echosounder, GPS, Shipmate RS8100 VHF, Autohelm 2000 autopilot, radio/cd player (1997).

Sprayhood with cockpit cover, fenders, warps, boardingladder, anchor with 25mtr chain/line, lifebuoy, etc.

Fractional-rigged, aluminium mast with s.s. standing wire rigging, stormjib, 6 sails: main sail (1996) / genoa I / genoa II / High Aspect jib / booster (Bolle Jan), cover for main, slabreefing for main, tackle boomvang and backstayadjuster, 2 x sheet winches, 2 x halyard winches, new Lewmar mainsheet traveller, spi-pole. All halyards lead aft into the cockpit for easy handling.
