General
GRP sailing yacht Contessa 43 "Bubblegum", built in 1978, design by Doug Peterson, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, Plexiglas windows, round bilged hull, fin keel, displacement: approx. 10 tonnes, fuel tank: approx. 90 litres, fresh water tank: approx. 250 litres, mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior (not finished), saloon + two cabins, 4 (+4) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1,90 m, marine head with manual under water toilet, hot water through boiler - runs on engine and 220V, electric water pressure system, galley with fridge (not working), Plastimo Neptune 2000 two burner gas stove with grill and oven.

Seapanther 35 hp diesel engine, Morse/Vetus engine control, indirect cooling system, propeller shaft stainless steel - water lubricated, bilge pump (not working), three batteries, Mase Marine generator with Yanmar engine: new - not conneced, Mastervolt battery charger.

Richel Poseidon Compass on pedestal, Simrad 1515 echosounder, Simrad 1515 wind set (not working), Sailor VHF, Shipmate CP32 GPS with plotter function, Simrad radar (system error), Robertson AP3000 autopilot (defect), Pioneer stereo with CD-player.

Sprayhood (extra small), RFD Surviva 6 persons life raft (must be inspected), Lofrans Royal manual windlass, two wired stainless steel sea railing.

Sloop rigged, Proctor double spreader aluminium mast, fittings stainless steel, 2x Harken headsail furling system, main sail, 2x jib, Navtec hydraulic back stay adjuster, 2x Lewmar ST43 winches + 4x ST winches in cockpit + 1x Gibb ST in cockpit, spi pole.
