GROUWSTER VLET 'Tjembea', built 1985 by Koen & van der Werf in Grouw - Holland (now Jachtwerf Fedde van der Werf), design by T. Reitsema - Heerenveen, dim.: 9,70 m x 3,45 m x 0,90 m, headway: 2,25 m (above waterline), steel, dark-blue multi-chine hull, large open cockpit, teak deck, Securit hardenend glass windows in aluminium framing, large sunroof in saloon, displacement: approx. 7.5 tonnes, fuel capacity: approx. 2x 160 litres, fresh water capacity: approx. 300 litres, mechanical wheelsteering.
Mahogany interior, large saloon with table and bench, possiblity to sleep two, headroom: 1,90 m, forward cabin, 2 (+2) berths, bathroom with washbowl and a manual under water toilet, Trumatic hot air heating, water pressure system by electric pump, galley with sink, Electrolux refrigerator with freezing compartment (12V/gas) and a four burner gasstove, separate gaslocker.
Volvo Penta MD30 4 cylinder 65 hp diesel engine, built in 1985, approx. 4.400 engine hours, consumption: approx. 3/4 liters per hour, speed: approx. 16 km/h., four bladed propeller, propeller shaft s.s., bowthruster of 2000, electric circuit: 12V/220V, battery charger of 10 Amp, shore power.
