Nice family cruiser based on the famous Sparken & Stephens design. She has a good performance under sail and engine. Well constructed, heavy enough for offshore cruising. Her warm and cosy interior provides lots of comfort.

Deb 33 "Modalimar", built in 1977 by Van der Vlis / Tyler, dim.: 10,26 m (Lwl 7,20 m) x 3,15 m x 1,60 m, headway: 14,0 meters, design by Sparkman Stephens, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, teak in cockpit, S-shaped hull - dark blue, long keel, displacement: approx. 5,7 tonnes, ballast: 2,5 tonnes, fuel tank: 100 litres, fresh water tanks: 2x 60 litres, tiller steering.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin + pilot berth, 3 (+2/3) berths, heads with washbowl and a Jabco manual under water toilet, galley with foot pump, double sink, cool box (no element) and an Enders two burner gas stove.
Vetus Mitsubishi M3.10 3 cylinder 20 hp diesel engine of 1990, Morse engine control, intercooling, three bladed propeller, manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 12V, seperate battery charger.
Silva compass, Silva Nexus Multi control: echosounder + log + wind set, Sailor RT2048 with Atis, Silva Nexus GPS Navigator, Pioneer stereo with cassette.
Sprayhood, Vikin 6 persons life raft (last inspected 05/'02 - must be inspected), life lines, Danforth anchor, boarding ladder s.s., two wired sea railing s.s., barometer.
