Building yachts for many years Van Dam Nordia have established their name in the yachting industry. This Nordia 35 is becoming a real classic in its own right. She has been upgraded over the years with a new engine and equipment. Her interior shows the warmth and comfort. She has really good headroom, large enough cabins and spacious saloon and stowage space.

Nordia 35 ‘Nidi’, built in 1976 by Van Dam Nordia Shipyards in Aalsmeer - The Netherlands, dim.: Loa 10.80 m (Lwl 8.20 m) x 3.30 m x 1.50 m, headway: approx. 14,40 m, designed by S.M. van der Meer, GRP white S-shaped hull - painted in 2001, GRP deck, teak deck (Dorr - Lemmer 1994), Mahogany superstructure, Dorades (2004 - stainless steel), hardened glass windows in aluminium frames (Hora), displacement: approx. 6.5 tonnes, ballast: approx. 2.4 tonnes (lead), fuel capacity: 100 litres (GRP), fresh water capacity: 300 litres, osmoses treatment (Dorr - Lemmer 2002), tiller steering.
Classic teak interior, saloon + front cabin with double berth, pilot berth, 3 (+3) berths, headway: approx. 1,95 m., marine head with wash bowl and a RM69 under water toilet (2004), U- shaped galley with stainless steel sink, Isotherm fridge with small freeze compartment (2004), Smev two burner gas stove (2004), survey gas installation in 2004, hot water trough boiler (2004), Max 3 water pump (2004), Webasto Airtop 3500 heating (2004), JVC KDLX10 radio/CD player (2004), DVD player (2004), Philips Matchline LCD TV (2004).
Yanmar 3YM30 29hp (21,3 kW) 3 cylinder diesel engine of 2004 - included new engine mountings, propeller shaft stainless steel - water lubricated, Volvo Penta bearing of 2004, Maxprop (2004), Morse engine control (2004), electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power (2004), two batteries (2008), Victron battery charger (2008), inverter (2004).
Compass, Raymarine ST60 Tridata depth/speed/trip, Raymarine RC435 chart plotter, Autohelm ST 4000 autopilot, Icom VHF Marine IC-M601 with Atis.
Sprayhood, winter cover of 2007 (standing mast), two wired sea railing, teak on cockpit benches and floor, water resistent cockpit cushions, 4 persons life raft (2004), anchor chain (no anchor available), boarding ladder stainless steel, stainless steel scepters and sea railing replaced in 2006, clock and barometer. Seacocks replaced in 2004 (stainless steel).
Aluminium mast, headsail furling, sails: mainsail (24.0 m2) + genua I (38.2 m2) + genua II (26.3 m2) + storm jib (14.6 m2) + gennaker (60m2 - 2007), sail cover for main sail, winches: 2x Lewmar 48 in cockpit (2004) + 1x Gibb winch on mast.
