General
Danish Rose 31 "De Liefde", hull built in 1979/1980 (number 7) by Van Benthum in Vollenhove - Holland, interior built by first owner, dim.: 9.40 m (Loa 10.70 m) x 3.20 m x 1.45 m, headway: approx. 12.00 m, design by Martin H. Bekenbrede, steel hull (6mm), deck and superstructure (4 mm), cockpit laid with teak, portholes made of bronze, round bilged hull - clinker built, long keel, displacement: 8.5 tonnes, ballast: 2.0 tonnes (lead), fuel tanks: 2x 140 litres (steel), fresh water tanks: 2x 80 litres (stainless steel).
Classic oak interior, saloon + front cabin, 3 (+2) berths, headroom: approx. 1.85 m, head with manual toilet, Somy paraffin heater, manual water pressure system, galley with sink and Taylor paraffin stove with oven.
Solé Mini 33 hp diesel engine - mounted in 2003, Hurth 2.1 gearbox, closed cooling system, propeller shaft stainless steel, manual bilge pump, selfdraining cockpit, electric circuit: 12v/220v, one battery, oil pressure and temp. gauge, RPM velt.
Sestrel Moore compass, Space Age electronics depth sounder, Philips autoradio with cassetteplayer, fog horn.
Cockpit cover, search light, one fire extinguisher (7 kg - must be inspected), Van Rijnsoever anchor winch, two anchors, integrated boarding ladder, two wired sea railing - stainless steel, Talanex barometer, life jackets for adults and childeren.
Ketch rigged, Oregon pine wooden masts, mast lowering system, standing rigg of stainless steel, fittings stainless steel, brown dacron sails (S.A. den Boer): main sail, jib, yankee, mizzen, mizzen staysail, two Meissner 23 winches.
