Lovely classic cruisingyacht. Upgraded through the years, with recently a new Yanmar diesel engine. She is easy to handle with her ketch-rig and sails even better. Also under engine simple to handle, a good quality for a more traditional yacht.

GRP sailing yacht Cheoy Lee 41 "Brain Wave", built in 1977 by Cheoy Lee in Hong Kong, dim.: Loa 12.45 m (Lwl 9.90 m) x 3.65 m x 1, 83 m, design by Perry, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck, S-shaped off-white hull, long keel, windows in aluminium framing, Vetus and Lewmar hatches, displacement: approx. 9.6 tonnes, ballast: 3.95 tonnes, fuel tank: 200 litres, fresh water tank: 2x 250 litres, sump tank, wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, saloon + two cabins, total 6 berths, headroom: approx. 1.90 m, marine head with wash bowl, shower and Raske u.w. toilet, hot water, electric water pressure system, galley with double sink s/s, fridge, three burner gas stove with oven.
Yanmar diesel engine 45.99 HP/ 33.80 kW, built in 1993, electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, battery charger 20 amp, electric bilge pump.
Sestrel Major compass on pedestal, Seafarer 4 echosounder, VDO sum log, VDO wind set (must be checked), Sailtron RT 2048 VHF with Atis, Shipmate RS 5700 GPS, Sailor R108 receiver, Autohelm ST6000 auto pilot.
Sprayhood (not in a good shape), spray sails, life raft (must be inspected), anchor (bruce 33 lbs), anchorchain and rope, boarding ladder s/s, two wired sea railing, clock and barometer.
Ketch rigged, aluminium masts, main with mast steps, Furlex headsail furling system, main sail, genoa and mizzen (will be replaced by current owner), sail cover for main and mizzen, Cheoy Lee winches: 2x 27 + 2x 29 in cockpit + 1x 12 + 1x 21 on main mast + 1x 8 on mizzen mast, spi pole.
