Particularly for longer trips in open water, this is a wonderfully strong and comfortable yacht. She allows herself to be manoeuvred smoothly and easily, even with a smaller crew. All halyards and sheets can be operated from the central cockpit. "KON-TIKI" offered for sale due to a change in owner's plans. Owner stored her every winter inside.

GRP sailing yacht Compromis 999 "KON-TIKI", built in 1996 by Jachtwerf Zaadnoordijk B.V. in Uitgeest - Holland, hull number: 99-96-210, dim.: 9,90 m x 3,40 m x 1,50 m, head way: 14 m, design by Frans Maas, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, deck with anti-slip, windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, bulb keel (cast iron), displacement: 4,7 tonnes, ballast: 2 tonnes, fuel tank: 1x 70 litres (s/s), fresh water tank: 1x 175 litres (s/s), sump tank: 1x 45 litres (s/s) with Vetus pump, mechanical wheel steering on pedestal, emergency tiller.
Teak interior, saloon + front and aft cabin, aft cabin with slatted base, 4 (+2) berths, headroom saloon: approx. 1,96 m, Trumatic E4000 heating of 2004, marine head with wash bowl, shower with Jabsco electric pump, Par manual under water toilet, electric water pressure system with Flojet electric pump of 2005, Isotemp boiler - runs on 220V/engine (element replaced in 2004), galley with sink, three burner gas stove with oven (thermal saved), Coolmatic FF40 fridge, separate gas locker with two gas bottles of 5 kg, mosquito screen.

Fixed screen, sprayhood, cockpit cover, one safety buoy, two safety lines in cockpit and two on deck, Lewmar electric anchor winch of 2004, CQR anchor with 50m anchor chain, boarding ladder s/s, spare parts, clock and barometer, radar reflector, two fire extinguishers (last inspection 2003), stereo with CD-player, TV-antenna in mast '05.
Sloop rig, Selden double spreader aluminium mast with extra cutter stay, Furlex headsail furling system, battened main sail (20,8 m2), Lazy Jacks, genoa (30m2), 2x Meissner 23 two speed self tailing sheet winches, 2x Meissner halyard winches on garage, spi pole.
