GRP motor sailer Cromarty 36 MKII ''Dutch Courage'', launched in 1989, built in 1988 built by Blondecell Ltd - Lymington, designed by Wyatt and Freeman, dim: 10.97m x 3.66m x 1.43m, GRP hull, GRP/Treadmaster deck, GRP superstructure, hardened glass windows with aluminium frames, round bilged hull, long keel, displacement: approx. 8.636 tonnes, ballast: 3 tonnes, fuel tank holds 455 litres, water tank holds 455 litres, one sump tank with electric pump out, mechanical wheel steering (in- and outside), emergency tiller steering

Traditional teak interior, deck saloon + two cabins 4 (+2) berths, headroom: approx. 1,95 m., Eberspächer hot air heating. Deck saloon with panoramic views and comfortable settees (one converts into a double berth): a spacious dining table seating six. Two sumptuous double cabins (one with a double berth) each with en-suite WC and shower compartment; manual toilet and shower. And a U-shaped galley with double sink, a Flavel Wayfarer two burner gas cooker with grill and oven (1998), Sharp microwave, extractor, refrigerator (new - 2008), cool box without element, pressurised water system, hot water through boiler (runs on engine and 220V).

Volvo Penta MD31A 62 hp diesel engine, Morse engine control system (in- and outside), intercooling, three bladed fixed propeller, propeller shaft stainless steel - water lubricated, Pilot gas monitoring system, electric and manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, two service of 140 amp. (2008) + one start battery of 120 amp (Dec. 2007), battery charger.

Two Plastimo compasses (1x Contest 130), Stowe navsounder, Stowe navigator II log & repeater (must be checked), Sailor RT2047 VHF (no Atis), Philips AP navigator, Furuno 1720 radar, Cetrek 727 autopilot (must be checked), Eagle TPA 15N intercom and loudhailer, radio cassette.

Two davits (stainless steel), electric windlass, CQR anchor and chain, boarding ladder, push pit, pulpit and guard wire, windscreen wiper (electric), warps and fenders, Wempe clock/barometer/tidal.

Ketch rig, Kemp aluminium mast, fittings stainless steel, running rig (replaced in 2008), Seafurl (Hood) headsail furling system, Hood fully battened main and mizzen, Hood furling genoa (with UV strip), spinnaker and pole, sail cover for main sail, slab reefing, talie boom vang, Lewmar winches: 2x 30ST two speed + 2x 43 ST two speed + 1x 30ST two speed + 1x 16ST two speed + 1x 6 - single speed.
