General
GRP sailing yacht, Etap 35i "Tina-Mare", built in 1992 by Etap Yachting in Malle - Belgium. Dim.: Loa 10,62 m (Lwl 8,70 m) x 3,51 m x 1,55 m, headway: 15,30 m. GRP hull, superstructure and deck, deck with anti-slip, teak on cockpit benches, teak grating on cockpit floor. Round bilged with hull with red striping, wing keel. Windows in aluminium framing, Lewmar hatches. Displacement: 5,2 tonnes, ballast: 1,74 tonnes. Fuel tank capacity: 105 litres, fresh water capacity: 280 litres in two tanks, 2x water level indicator. 1 fuel level indicator. Wheel steering on pedestal, wheel covered with leather, wheel cover, emergency tiller.

Light oak interior, inox grips, saloon, front and aft cabin, 4 (+6) berths. Electric water pressure system, hot water through boiler (220V), Ardic hot air diesel heating. Cosy, light saloon with two settees (one L-shaped), large folding table. For cabin with double berth, wash basin and hanging locker. Aft cabin with double berth, small settee and hanging locker. L-shaped galley with Corian work top, double stainless steel sinks, Eno three burner gas stove with oven - thermal saved - cardanic, cool box with Frigomatic cooling element. Large navigation corner. Marine head with Corian work top, wash bowl, shower with pump out system, Jabsco pump toilet and wet locker.

Volvo Penta 28 hp diesel engine (999 hours) , sail drive (sail drive rubber due for replacement). Electric circuit: 12V/220V, Phillipi automatic battery charger, earth leakage breaker, two batteries. Electric and manual bilge pump.

C-Plath Merkur compass on pedestal, Autohelm ST4000 autopilot, Autohelm ST50 Multi (2x) and Autohelm ST50 wind set (speed and direction). At the chart table: Simrad Anritsu 24 miles radar, Autohelm ST50 Tridata (depth and speed), Shipmate RS8300 VHF with Atis, MS Electronics MS32TP Navtex, MS Electronics SSB radio (must be checked), Voltmeter, hour counter, Weaco Mobitronic battery monitor, Blaupunkt Kingston DJ radio cassette.

Sprayhood with stainless steel frame and extra grip (Schokker - Volendam 2010), cockpit table, bathing platform, aluminium boarding ladder, shower on aft deck, Goiot manual anchor winch with anchor chain and rope, CQR anchor with bow roll, self draining anchor locker, gas locker. Pull and push pit of aluminium, two seats on the push pit , two wired sea railing of stainless steel.

Sloop rigged, Selden aluminium mast and boom, Furlex head sail furling system. spi pole. Sails: genoa (Schokker – Volendam 2006), main sail and jib, 2x Lewmar self tailing STST40 sheet and 2x Lewmar self tailing ST30 halyard winches, 9 spinlock stoppers on cockpit roof, all liner running back to the cockpit, Lewmar mainsheet traveler with rattle block, Selden Rodkicker, backstay adjuster.
