General
GRP motor sailer FISHER 37 ''Old Nick'', built in 1977 by Fairways Marine Ltd. England. Design by G. Wyatt and D. Freeman. Dim.: Loa 11.37 m (Lwl 9.91 m) x 3.66 m x 1.60 m. GRP hull, deck and superstructure, anti slip on the decks. Hardened glass windows in aluminium framing. Full bilged hull, full bilged keel, rudder in skeg. Displacement: 14.224 tonnes. Ballast: 6 tonnes (cast iron). Fuel tank capacity: approx. 600 litres (stainless steel tank). Fresh water tank capacity: approx. 250 litres (stainless steel tank). Hydraulic wheelsteering in- and outside, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, wheelhouse, saloon two cabins, 3 (+2) berths. Pressurized water system, hot water through boiler (230V). Hot air heating. Wheelhouse with steering position, L-shaped bench and a small bench, small table. Saloon with U-shaped settee, upholstery recent renewed. Owners cabin and guest cabin. Galley with stainless steel sink, four burner gas stove, two fridges, micro wave, gas detector. Heads with wash bowl, shower and toilet. Headroom: Steering house : 1.90 m, when you stand behind the steering wheel you have 13 cm more height because of the hatch = 2.03 m. Saloon: 1.95 m Front cabin: 1.87 cm.

Ford 2528 - 85 hp diesel engine, approx. 2.500 running hours. Propeller shaft stainless steel - water greased (since 2006). Bow thuster. Electric circuit: 12V/220V. Shore power. Mastervolt battery charger / inverter (1500W).

Compass in- and outside. Log, wind set. Vetus echo sounder. VDO chart plotter. Auto pilot. Stereo set with CD player and MP3 connection.

Loud hailer, windlass, two anchors, fenders and warps.

Ketch rig, head sail furling system. Sails: Furling genoa, main sail with Lazy Jacks, mizzen. Sail covers.
