Broker's comments
Good and professionally maintained and cared for. All navigation electronics replaced by Raymarine ST60 series in 2005. Major refit in 2007 by professionals. Hull painted with AWL Grip in 2007. New teak in cockpit. Beautiful seats on aft deck. New rig in 2008. All invoices available.

GRP sailing yacht Hallberg Rassy 352 "Jazzmatazz", built in 1986, launched in 1987 by Hallberg Rassy Varvet in Sweden, hull number 550, design by Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein.
Dim: Loa 10.54 m (Lwl 8.70 m) x 3.38 m x 1.67 m, headway: approx. 15 m.
GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck.
new teak in cockpit (2007).
S-shaped hull, long keel.
Hull painted with AWL Grip in 2007, underwater new epoxy and antifouling.
Plexiglas windows in aluminium framing.
Displacement approx: 6.7 tonnes, ballast approx: 3 tonnes (lead).
Fuel capacity: total 240 litres (1x 150 litres + 1x 90 litres; stainless steel tanks).
Fresh water capacity: 300 litres (GRP tank).
