As to be expected by designer Frans Maas, this yacht is very comfortable, spacious, safe and reliable for captain and crew. A nice centre cockpit yacht with lots of extra's and in well kept condition. With her full furling sails, she’s very easy to handle under all conditions. First owner.

Wood Epoxy sailing yacht Compromis 39 Class "Saphira", built in 1992 by Zaadnoordijk in Uitgeest - Holland, hull number: 1, dim.: Loa 11,60 m (Lwl 9,00 m) x 4,00 m x 1,90 m, design by Frans Maas, Wood epoxy hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck (must be checked), hull painted in 2001, windows in Gebo aluminium framing, round bilged hull, fin keel, displacement: approx. 8,0 tonnes, ballast: 3,94 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tank: 110 litres (stainless steel tank), fresh water tanks: 2x 150 litres (stainless steel tanks), mechanical wheel steering.

Classic teak interior, saloon + large front and aft cabin - each with own marine head, 4 (+1) berths, headroom: approx 2,02 m, Trumatic gas heating, hot water through boiler - runs on engine and 220V, electric water pressure system. Marine head; wash bowl + manual under water toilet, aft head complete with shower. Galley; double stainless steel sink, Coolmatic 12V fridge, three burner stove with oven - thermal saved/ cardanic.

Yanmar 3JH2-SD30 - 38 hp diesel engine, saildrive, intercooling - wet outlet, mechanical gearbox, three bladed folding Maxprop, electric bilge pump, electric circuit: 12V/220V, two service + one engine battery, shore power, earth leakage breaker, Mastervolt automatically battery charger - 50 amp., Mastervolt inverter - 1.200 W.

Plath compass, Autohelm echosounder and log, Raymarine ST60 windset of 2008, Shipmate RS8400 VHF with Atis (MMSI), Autohelm 16 miles radar, Autohelm autopilot, Autohelm GPS. Philips DC924 stereo with CD player, Supertech TV.

Sprayhood (Sept '08), cockpit table, cockpit cushions, two wired sea railing (stainless steel), life buoy, life lines, manual anchor winch, Danforth anchor + approx. 60 m chain, boarding ladder of stainless steel, clock, barometer and hygrometer.

Sloop rigged, Selden aluminium mast, fittings stainless steel, standing rig stainless steel, backstay adjuster, Dacron mainsail of 32 m2, furling genoa of 38 m2 and Half Winder, Meisner winches, and spinnaker pole.
