General
Steel motoryacht Moonen 72, "MS Florence" built in 1992 by Moonen shipyard in Holland, dim. 22.18 x 5,40 x 1,90 m, steel hull (SM grade approved), teak decks and aluminum superstructure (ALMg 4,5), round bilge hull with transom stern a level keel and flared bow, fuel, water, oil and sanitary tanks are built in a double bottom, capacity fuel tanks approx. 11.500 liters, capacity water tanks approx. 2.500 liters, capacity grey and black water approx. 500 liters, hydraulic steering system, second steering position on fly-bridge, emergency steering in engine room.
Classic mahogany interior with on the main deck a spacious saloon with dining and open galley, facing the open wheelhouse, with stairs to the lower deck. Lower deck: in front the VIP quest cabin with ensuite spacious bathroom for joint use with the second double berth guest cabin, through the corridor you enter the full beam owner's cabin with bathroom ensuite, bulkhead, engine room, bulkhead. Through stairs in the main saloon you entre the aft cabin of the yacht where two quest cabins are situated with a total of 5 berths farthermore you will find here a bathroom with seperate shower. She is equipped with hot-air heating system, reversible air-conditioning system, hot water by boiler, water maker system (2.8 liter per minute), Siemens 4-burner elecric stove (2009), Siemens oven-microwave (2009), Siemens dishwasher, 2 x fridge, 2 x freezer, ice maker in living, extractor, washing machine downstairs in crew quarters.
2x twin 292 hp Volvo diesel engines, engine type TAMD 71A with both a hydraulic pump. Engines from 1992, consumption approx. 22-24 litres @ 8 knots / 40 litres @ 10 knots, speed approx. 5-8 cruising -max. approx. 10-11 knots, 4 blade propeller and oil lubricated shaft, hydraulic bow-thruster, sea-roq hydraulic stabilizers. Halon extinguisher system in engine room. Smoke detection in every cabin, deck-wash pump, bilge pump in every compartment, ships voltage 220V and 24 V, 4 x 245 Ah service batteries from 2009, 4 x 245 start batteries from 2009, Onan 6,5 kW generator and Onan 16 Kw generator, shore power, Victron 24V/50 battery charger, central vacume cleaning system, air compressor.
The two Volvo diesel engines, the onan generators, the Honda outboard engine, the heating aircosystem and had a full service in 2009.
Compass, B&G echosounder, B&G log, B&G wind set, Robertson AP MK II autopilot with rudder indicator, Sailor DSC VHF with handheld, 2 x Furuno Radar, 2 x AP navigator GPS + Shipmate RS 5800, Sodena Chartplotter with wheater fax.
Internal intercom system, loudhailer, Epirb emergency system, radio and cd player in every cabin. Home entertainment system in saloon, tv and digitenne, sun awning on fly-bridge, search light, 6 persons life-raft, 300 kg hydraulic deck crane, anchor with 120 meter chain, swimming platform with swim ladder, deck shower, gangway, sea railing, 5 x wipers on wheelhouse, window ventilation.
