Steel motorsailer ''Lotte'', built in 1980, dim.: 11.50 x 3.60 x 1.35 m., built and designed by Molenmaker & Mantel in Sneek, steel deck, spant, blue hull, long keel, displacement 13.000 kg, fuel capacity 600 ltr., water capacity 2 x 300 ltr., sump capacity 60 ltr., double hydraulic steering.
Classic mahogany interior, cabin with V-shaped berth in front, dinette with galley, Saloon with L-shaped settee and steering position. Bathroom with toilet washbowl and shower. Aft cabin with double berth. Galley equipped with worktop, refrigerator and 3-burner half cardanisch stove with oven.
Ford 100 hp, built in 1980, 3.100 engine hours, closed cooling system, consumption approx.4,5 ltr./h., speed 7,5 knots, 3-bladed propeller, steel propeller shaft, Spijkstaal bow thruster, manual bilge pump, electric circuit 12 and 24 V., battery charger, hot air heating, water pressure system, boiler.
