GRP sailing yacht Catalina Morgan 45 ''Dream'', built in 1996 by Catalina/Morgan Marine USA, dimensions: 13,97 (lwl 11,53) x 4.11 x 1.70 m, GRP deck and superstructure, teak in cockpit, lots of opening portholes for good ventilation (with blinds and fly-screens), Lewmar deckhatches, white round-bilged hull with blue striping, displacement approx. 12,5 tonnes, ballast: 4,1 tonnes, shallow draft wing keel, fueltank: 215 ltr (alloy), freshwatertank: 635 ltrs (in three alloy tanks), 2 x sumptank; 50 ltr.(with pumps and deck extraction), Edson mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Spacious and light classic teak interior, 2 cabins and salon, 4(+2) berths, forward cabin with king-sized berth and ensuite head, shower and washbasin. Ownerscabin aft with king size double berth and lots of cupboard space and vanity table with mirror and chair. Seperate shower and head washbasin for ownerscabin. The salon has 2,00 mtr headroom and the interior is heated with a Webasto HL3D hot air cabin heater.
Galley; electric waterpressure system, boiler hot water system (220v/engine), handpump for salt water, stainless sinks and Corian worktops. Atag 220 Volt microwave, large Danfoss compressor-driven refrigerator with holdingplate, Klimatek freezer, Princess 3-burner gas stove with oven, crockery.
Yanmar 4JH2E 50 hp (36kW) diesel engine, installed in 1996, approx. 1600 runninghours, indirect cooling system, mechanical gearbox, cruisingspeed approx. 7 knots, consumption approx. 4 ltr./h., 3-bladed fixed propeller, Sleipner 8 hp electric bowthruster with seperate 88 Ah. battery, electric / manual bilge pump, 12/220v electrical system, start and servcie batteries (2010), Zeisse 4 kW diesel generator in soundproofing box (190 runninghours), Mastervolt 60amp automatic battery charger with remote output control, Mastervolt 12v->220v dc/ac 1200 watt invertor, shorepower connection, 220v sockets in every compartment.
Ritchie pedestal compass (needs service), Raytmarine ST60 log echosounder and windset, Raymarine ST60 graphic display repeater at chart table, Icom ICM505 VHF with cockpit connection/speaker, Raymarine E80 color chartplotter (2006) with 2kW radar and gps (mounted on Navpod on wheelpedestal), Autohelm 7000 autopilot, NAV 4 ICS navtex receiver, VDO radio-cd player with cockpit speakers, PC computer with software.
White aluminum Gebo fixed windscreen with sprayhood (stainless frame), Bimini top, 2x fire extinguisher, Lewmar electric capstan, CQR anchor with 60 meter chain, central mooring cleats, open pullpit for easy access to boardingladder and platform, 2 side opening gates in railing, bracket for the liferaft and outboard, aftdeck locker, radar reflector, deckshower with hot and cold water, fenders and warps, second grey sprayhood and cockpittent, full size wintercover for standing mast, Autoflug 4 persons liferaft (last inspected 2006).
Sloop-rigged, aluminium Z-Spar deck-stepped stoway mast, Z-Spar boom vang, carbon spi boom mast stowed, stainless steel fittings, Schaefer type 3100 genoa furler, 3 sails: furling mainsail (1999) / furling genoa with UV (1999) / spinnaker, sheets operated from cockpit, 2 x Lewmar 58CST primary sheetwinches, 2 x Lewmar 16CST secondary sheetwinches, 2 x 16C halyardwinches, 1 x 40CST mainsheetwinch.
