General
Finest European yacht in this size range. Nothing being produced for the American consumer in this size range can be compared to any of Mulder's yachts. Mulder is famous for producing extremely beautiful yachts with distinctive styling with impeccable performance. Mulder's unique layouts and interiors have been praised in the European yachting community for decades. Dim.: 27,10 x 6,50 x 180 m. Displacement approx. 95 tons. Tank capacities: Fuel (3 tanks): 16.800 litres, Fresh water: 3000 litres, Black/Grey water (2 tanks): 1000 litres. High quality noise insulation of the engine room and all walls for onboard maximum comfort.

The main lounge is laid out for informal leisure. To starboard lies an impressive cabinet: as well as storing glasswork, the giant plasma screen television drops down electronically into the back section when not in use. This TV forms part of a state-of-the-art audio/visual entertainment system. The galley has a Avonite/Corian work top with stainless steel sink unit and draining board. Corian washbasin tops, voering Alape washbasinss. All taps Grohe Eurowing. Galley is well equipped with halogen cooking plates, extractor fan, 300 litre refrigerator with ice cube machine, dish washer and microwave. All equipment Miele brand. The stateroom is located at the full-beam and luxurious and cosy in equal measure. With a walk-in changing area with three large wardrobes. The owners bathroom with bath, separate shower and double sink. The children's room contains two cot-type beds with railings. Furthermore there is a VIP-room with double bed an a cabin with twins, each with their own bathroom. Good-quality accommodation for three crew is found aft on the lower deck. The flybridge deck is a magnificent spot, with a whirlpool, lounges, a dining table for eight, light cooking facilities, a wet bar and easily enough space to house a wave-runner and other watersports toys. The helm position on this deck offers you both complete control of the yacht plus magnificent views. Teak decks overall, even on swimming platform and flybridge. Teak covering board on the bulwark totally varnished.

2 x Caterpillars 12 cylinder diesel engines type 3412 E DI-TTA with 1400 hp at 2300 rpm (26 knots). Bowthruster 40 hp. Speed with above-mentioned engines is maximum 25 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots. Measured on water with sufficient depth and ready to operate weight of approx. 85 tons. Naiad/KoopNautic stabilisers with AVA control, offering superb roll and pitch stabilisation, even with following/beam seas. Entire electrical installation engineered according to S.I. regulations, with automatic fuses and large switchboards in the engine room and various switches on panels in the wheelhouse. Standard water-lubricated installation with 5 bladed propellers, type Skew Back, calculated on engine capacity and speed. An aquadrive connection is installed between the shaft and the gearbox. This eliminates vibrations and allows very soft engine mounts to ensure very low noise levels on board. 2 x 22,5 kW ONAN generators at 1500 rpm. 880 Ah/24 volt heavy duty service batteries 2 x 230 Ah/24 volts starting batteries for main engine. Both generators have their own starting batteries. 2 x 3 kW (sine wave) Mass inverters 2 x 100 Ampere Mass battery chargers. Shore power with automatic switch, grounding fuse and isolation transformer. Pumps, pipes etc. engineered according to CE-A regulations. Cooling water filters with crossover system and valves for main engines and generators, wet exhaust system with water-locks/silencers to aft ship, all according to instructions of the supplier and design engineer. Name plates on all pipes, pumps, etc. Large extractor fan in engine room for high volume ventilation. Lot’s of spare parts on board.

Central water air-conditioning system, with fan-coil units in each cabin, with sufficient capacity at 10 degrees cooling down. Kabola central heating system in each cabin in combination with air conditioning. Independent temperature control in each cabin via thermostat. High capacity pump installed in the engine room which can be used as a bilge pump, a fire extinguisher or outboard water deck wash pump by means of a divider. 2 x 75 kg anchors with 100-meter 13 mm chain. Deck wash possibilities via fresh or seawaterpump, with 2 connections on deck with hose and pistol. High gloss polished stainless steel guardrail on the bulwark for safety at sea. Covers for backseasts, flybridge seats and wheelhouse windows. Windlasses and capstans, yacht crane for tender up to 450 kg, crane for 350 kg jetski or smaller tender on flybridge. Stainless steel swimming ladder, 6 fenders, 6 warps, fender-brackets, boathook and bucket. Safety equipment and 2 twelve person’s life raft. -3 person Yamaha XL 800 (120 Hp) waverunner on the flybridge -Optimist sailing boat on the flybridge -6 person Scanner Ino tender (length 420 cm, with inboard 175 Hp engine, jet drive and teak bottom) in the forward tender garage.
