Sturdy spacious GRP motor yacht. Good condition. Semi open cockpit with hard top and sliding hatch. Airy saloon/galley. 3 double cabins. 2 x toilet, shower. Highly recommended for living on board. First owner! Very clean boat.

Ancora 44 Motor Yacht, built in 1973 by Ancora Yacht Werft in Holst, Germany, LOA 13.40m (43'9), beam 4.55m (14'9), draft 1.20m (3'9), min. headway 4.00 metres (max. approx. 5.00 metres, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, white hull, displacement 11,8 tonnes, fuel capacity 1,600 litres (435 US gallons) in two tanks, water capacity 750 litres (198 US gallons), hydraulic steering.
Classic teak interior, accommodation for six persons in three double cabins, Webasto heating, two electric toilets, one with shower, saloon/dining area, galley with 2-burner electric stove, extractor, electric oven (Bosch), crockery and cutlery, fridge, 2nd fridge outside for beverages, hot water system by boiler, water pressure system.
Twin Volvo 275 hp turbo diesels (1974), approx. 3.100 engine hours, maximum speed approx. 16 knots, cruising speed 11 knots at 1,800 rpm, trim tabs, two spare 4-bladed bronze propellers, stainless steel propeller shafts, three electric bilge pumps, 24/220v electric system, Onan 6 kw generator, shore power.
