Built by CTM shipyards in Italy this semi displacement one owner yacht has been fully crew maintained regardless of cost. It is hard to distinguish her from brand new. She offers the opportunity to have a Falcon 86 without the waiting list and offering a substantial saving on a new model. She is MCA registered and only for sale as the owner is buying a larger yacht.

General
GRP motor yacht built by Cantieri Versil (Italy) in 2000. Dim.: 26.10 x 6.40 x 1.75 m. Displacement (half loaded: 65 t. Teak decks. 2x 1400 hp Caterpillar engines. Maximum speed: 26 kts. Range: 400 n.m 2 generators. 4 cabins + crew. Watermaker. Air conditioning.

Accommodation for 8 in 4 double cabins + crew. Owner's cabin with double bed, wardrobe and own bathroom. VIP cabin with double bed and own facilties. 2 twin bedded guest cabins, each with own showerroom. Crew cabin with twin beds and own facilities. Captain cabin with own showerroom. Saloon with sofa, icemaker, TV/Video, dining room with table. Wheelhouse with leather sofa, seather pilot seat. Stairs to lower deck ; stairs to flying brdige. Galley with 4 burners hob, oven, 2x 270 l. firdges (each with freezer compartment of 70 l. each), dishwasher, washer/dryer.

2x 1400 hp Caterpillar engines. 2x 4-bladed nibral propellers. 2x Marinox 17 tail shafts 2x 16 kW Onan generators. Bowthruster. Hydraulic trim tabs with indicator in wheelhouse and flybridge. Tecnicomar water maker 90 lph. 2x 80 l. electric boilers. Batteries: 785 AH for service. 240 AH for engine. 2x 165 AH for generator. 155 AH for SSB and VHF. 120 AH battery charger.

Compass. rudder indicator instruments. Depthsounder. Speedo meter. GPS with plotter. Duplex VHF. SSB Radar 48 miles. Autopilot interfaced with GPS.

Reverse cycle air conditioning 2000 W electric windlass with control from bow, wheelhouse and flybridge. 2x anchors (85 kg each). 2x chains (110 m, 120 mm diameter. Large sunbathing area. Aft deck H/C shower. Stairs and stern bathing platform in teak. Movalble bathing ladder. Electric-hydraulic gangway with remote control. Speaker phone system on bridge, engine room, bow. Covers for dashboard and seats on flybridge. Electro-hydraulic crane for tender. Bimini top. Tender with 50 hp engine. Removable cradle.
