General
GRP sailing yacht built in 1976 by Anne Wever in Holland. Designer: E.G. van de Stadt. Teak deck. Dim.: 12.30 (10.50) x 3.50 x 1.50 m. Perkins 72 hp engine. Ketch rigged with main, mizzen and genoa. Used only by the owner which is the second one since new. Regularly maintained by a professional boat- service company.

Accommodation for 6 in 2 double cabins + Saloon. Owner's cabin aft with two single beds and ensuite bathroom. Double guest cabins forward with bathroom. Fully equipped galley with 3 flames gas cooker and oven. Electrical refrigerator.

Perkins 72 hp diesel engine. (approx. 1200 h.) Fuel capacity 600 l. Holding tank for toilet aft cabin. Acoustic water-temperature and exhaust-temperature control. Indicators for oil-pressure and water-temperature. Indicator for battery- voltage and new battery charger in 1999. Complete engine service every year. Alternator new in 1999. Overhaul of electrical system in 1999. Cleaning of fuel tanks in 2002.

Speedometer Stationary VHF Mobile VHF Wind indicator new in 2001 New horn in 2006 Navigation- lamps overhauled in 2004. ELECTRONICS: Webasto- Heating (not working, to be serviced). Toilets new in 2008. Bilge pumps for shower and aft cabin new in 2002, for saloon in 2008. Water pressure pump new in 2001 incl. Tubes Water: 500 l. with hot water boiler Vaillant. All sea valves including tubes also for cockpit drainage renewed in 2008. Hydraulic cylinder for steering overhauled in 2001.

Teak- Gangway. New fridge in 2008. Anchor winch electr. Overhauled in 2005. Cockpit- doors-entrance renewed in 2001. Cockpit- Shower. Cockpit tent dark blue new in 2008. Davits and Dinghy Bathing ladder. Second anchor. Sprayhood (new in 2008). Firmglas- Windshield. Windshield wiper. Radio- Cassette- Player. SAFETY: Liferaft for 6 persons. Life buoy. Life-sling. Life-belt. Rescue sail. Leak- kit.

Sails: Mainsail. Mizzen. Genoa with furling installation new in 2003. Masts: Shrouds on main mast new in 2006. Shrouds on mizzen mast new in 2007. Wire-ropes in railing new in 2002. Radar- reflector. Mast steps in main mast.
