Concorde Yachts are the known builders of the Award Winning Mirabella sailing yachts in the 40-43m range. The company was founded by the original founder of the Swan yards in Finland. To date Concorde Yachts have built a Lotus 70' and 80' long range cruising yachts, both of which have made long range voyages without problems and with low fuel consumption.

Lotus 80 Long Range Cruising Yacht, built in 1997 by Concorde Yachts International Co. Ltd. in Thailand, LOA 24.35m (79'9), LWL 20.54m (67'4), beam 6.38m (20'9), draft 2.00m (6'6), moulded GRP hull - 50mm thick below waterline, foam cored above waterline, PVC foam core deck and superstructure, Awlgrip finish, teak decks, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Hull Certificate, displacement 125 tons, fuel capacity 22,850 litres (5,033 Imp gallons) fuel capacity, 5,000 litres (1,101 Imp gallons) water capacity.

Teak interior, Alcantara upholstery and headlinings. Accommodation for six guests in three double cabins, owner's full beam double bedded cabin midships with ensuite wc/showerroom, one double bedded and one twin bedded guest cabin each with ensuite wc/showerroom, plus accommodation for four crew in two upper and lower bedded cabins forward, crew wc/showerroom. Spacious saloon, separate dining room. On-deck level galley with Kitchen Aid full size twin upright American style fridge/freezer, icemaker, microwave, Miele oven, Miele extractor, Miele dishwasher, trash compactor. Laundry room with Miele commercial washing machine and tumble dryer. Workshop with bench and wash basin. Flybridge with wetbar, icemaker. Aqua Air Compact chilled water system airconditioning of 84000 BTU with 10 air handlers, Village Marine PW800 reverse osmosis watermaker supplying 3,028 litres (667 Imp gallons) per day.

Twin Alaska Lugger L6108A turbo-charged diesels, 250 hp at 2,300 rpm continuous duty, 200 hp at 1,700 rpm, maximum speed approx. 11.5/12 knots at 2,300 rpm, cruising speed 9 knots at 1,700 rpm, range 5,500 nm, two 3-bladed propellers, Wesmar 50 hp hydraulic bowthruster, Wesmar hydraulic stabilizers, Hynautic hydraulic power steering with dual steering stations, Hynautic autopilot interface. 24v DC, 110/220v AC electric system, 110v 60 Hz service batteries, 24v 1,080 ah batteries, 2x 120 ah batteries for navigation and electronics only in bridge, Newmar 100 amp battery charger, Newmar 30 amp battery charger, 175 amp engine alternator, Northern Lights M439D turbo charged 40 kw generator, Northern Lights M753G 8 kw generator, USD 1,000 of engine spares, full set of drawings and plans.

Furuno FAP 330 autopilot with flybridge repeater, weatherfax, Furuno SSB, Furuno VHF, Furuno 12'' radar, FMD 8'' remote display radar, Furuno GPS/plotter/sonar, Raytheon hailing system, latest EPIRB (new 2000).

TV with 5 speakers surround sound and stereo system with cd player in saloon, TV and stereo in master cabin, cd player on flybridge. Maxwell VWC 4,500 hydraulic windlass, two Maxwell VC3500 hydraulic capstans, 86 kg anchor, spare anchor. Zodiac ''Yacht Tender'' dinghy, 40 hp outboard with electric start, 3-seater 110 hp Sea Doo jetski (new 2000), Nautical System 1,000 lb hydraulic crane, hydraulic opening transom door/bathing platform/tender dock with remote control.
