The Sweden 36 has excellent sailing characteristics combined with comfort, beauty and quality. The interior is typical for Sweden Yachts with excellent finish, roomy living space, a high quality galley and plenty of storage space. If needed, there can be over 10 people seated for dinner around the table in the saloon. This fine example, is equipped with in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa and a spinnaker. So everyone can be pleased.

General
Sweden Yachts 36 Continental, built in 1989 by Sweden Yachts in Sweden, designed by P. Norlin, LOA 11.00m (36'1), beam 3.65m (12'), draft 2.05m (6'7), GRP hull and superstructure, displacement approx. 6.500 kg, teak laid decks, 100 litres 22 Imp gallons) fuel capacity in stainless steel tank, 150 litres (33 Imp gallons) water capacity in stainless steel tanks, extra water tank, mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic Mahogany interior with beige seating. Accommodation for seven persons in two cabins and saloon. Large aft cabin with double and single berth. Forward cabin with double bed. Wc/showerroom. Many good lockers and wardrobes. Galley with double sink, 2-burner gas hob and oven, large fridge with cooling plate (engine driven).
Frigoboat air conditioning (engine driven) , Ardic heating (not in use, probably needs servicing), 220v hot water heater.
Volvo Penta VP 2003 T, turbo diesel, 43 hp, cruising speed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 3 litres (0.66 Imp gallons) per hour, 1x electric bilge pump, 1x manual bilge pump, 12v/220v electrical circuit, shore power with earth breaker, 3 x 60 ah service batteries, 1 start battery, electronic battery charger, solar panels for battery charging.

Sloop-rigged, Selden double-spreader keel-stepped mast, original Selden in mast furling, 29 sq.m mainsail, Quicksilver 51 sq.m roller furling genoa, full spinnaker equipment, blister, and stormsail. Hydraulic backstay adjuster. Winches: 2x Lewmar 46 ST (self tailing), 2x Lewmar 40, 2x Lewmar 30 ST, 1x Lewmar 16 ST, on the mast 2x Lewmar 30 ST.
