General
Hallberg-Rassy 38, built in 1985 by Hallberg-Rassy in Sweden, designed by Olle Enderlein, LOA 11.57m (38'), beam 3.48, (11'5"), draft 1.75m (5'9"), GRP hull and superstructure, teak laid decks, white hull, displacement 8.5 tons, 350 litres (77 Imp gallons) fuel capacity, 400 litres (88 Imp gallons) water capacity, emergency steering.

Wood interior, accommodation for four persons in two double cabins, plus three saloon berths, wc/showerroom. Galley with fridge, 2-burner gas stove with oven, crockery and cutlery. Heating (needs servicing), hot water system, water pressure system.

Volvo Penta MD22A 55 hp diesel, approx. 600 engine hours (8.05), double circuit cooling system, speed approx. 6.5 knots, bowthruster, gas detector, one electric and one manual bilge pumps, 12/220v electric system, shore power, battery charger, invertor.

Two compasses (cockpit and chart table), Autohelm echosounder/log/wind instruments, ICOM IC-M601 VHF, JRC 1000 MKII radar, Autohelm 6000+ autopilot, Philips Dantronik Navigator, Weatherman radio telex.

Pioneer radio and cd player, sprayhood, cockpit cover, sun awning, winter cover, searchlight, Plastimo Cruiser 6 person liferaft, lifejackets, MOB system, fire extinguishers, manual windlass, Spade anchor with chain, swim ladder, fenders, spare parts, tools, charts and books, clock and barometer.

Sloop rig, aluminium mast, stainless steel fittings, wire rigging, furling genoa, all sails 1997: mainsail, genoa, spinnaker, storm jib, sail cover, lazy jacks, backstay adjuster, boomvang, spinnaker boom.
