Belliure 40 Motor Yacht, built in 2006 by Belliure Constructiones Navales in Spain, designed by Vicente Belliure, LOA 13.23m (43'4), LWL 11.98m (39'3), beam 4.20m (13'8), draft 1.30m (4'3), GRP hull moulded in single piece with monolithic polyester laminate reinforced with fibreglass and polyester resins, teak decks, blue hull with white superstructure, varnished wood rail, CE design category B, displacement 13 tons, fuel capacity 1,500 litres (330 Imp gallons) in two aluminium tanks, water capacity 800 litres (176 Imp gallons) in one aluminium tank, 100 litres (22 Imp gallons) black water capacity in two aluminium tanks, hydraulic steering.

The yacht comprises three internal areas plus the deck and flybridge areas. High quality teak interior joinery. Accommodation for six persons in three double cabins. Owner’s double bedded cabin forward with ensuite bathroom (Latex matress in owner's cabin), two guest cabins each with twin beds, sharing a bathroom. Alternative layout: saloon to port with U-shaped settee around a teak table (table from the Belliure 48 model), galley opposite to starboard, forward raised helm position to starboard with chart table to port. Galley with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave. Washing machine in utility room. Flybridge with sunbathing area and external steering position with dual engine controls, space for navigation aids, bench seat for 3 persons. Heating/air conditioning in all cabins (6,000 BTU), pressurized hot and cold water system, 220v 40 litre (8.8 Imp gallons) hot water heater, electric fresh water toilets, solar powered ventilators in heads.

Twin Volvo TAMD 63 P 370 hp diesels, maximum speed approx. 21 knots, cruising speed 18 knots, electronic engine controls, exhaust silencers, 2 engine room extractors, 2 air inlets, Vetus bowthruster, 2 automatic electric bilge pumps, 1 double action hand bilge pump, fire extinguishing system. Onan 9.5 kw generator, 6 batteries, battery charger, engine alternators, main electrical panel with 220v shore power, selector switch for reading different battery units, pumps, filters etc, inverter.

Compass, all Simrad instruments: log, depthsounder and rudder angle indicator, autopilot with flybridge repeater, VHF with flybridge repeater, Simrad CX44 colour plotter/GPS/radar with flybridge repeater, radar reflector, searchlight.

Colour LCD TV, TV antenna, sound insulation covering ceilings and bulkheads with washable, fire-resistant facing, aluminium watertight door for access from lazarette to engine room, 4-bladed bronze propellors. Seating in cockpit with storage, Besenzoni 400 kg teak grating hydraulic gangway, Lofrans electric windlass with deck and remote controls, anchor with chain, spare anchor, bimini top, 6-person liferaft, 3 fire extinguishers, 5 windscreen wipers with windscreen wash, bathing platform, deck shower, spotlight, instrument cover.
