A classic in the Bavaria range, built under German Lloyds specifications, this Bavaria breathes quality. Quality in construction and finishing. The Lagoon version has better accommodations than the more frequently offered Caribic version. A large owners cabin aft, and the guestcabin forward, both with toilet and shower. This Bavaria 370 Lagoon is with her second owner since 1998 and has been kept in good condition throughout. With her shallowdraft keel very much a family cruising "go anywhere" yacht.

General
GRP sailingyacht Bavaria 370 Lagoon "Albatros", built in 1991 by Bavaria Yachtbau Gmbh, Germany, dim.: 11.65 (lwl 9.00) x 3.80 x 1.55 mtrs, built to German Lloyds GL-100A5 specifications, headway approx. 17 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak deck renewed in 1999 with solid 8mm teak vacuum-bagged, roundbilged hull, shallow draft fin keel, balanced spade rudder, displacement: 7,1 tonnes, ballast: cast iron, fueltank: 130 ltrs (s.s.), freshwatertank: 390 ltrs (s.s. / polythene), small sumptank, Whitlock mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4 berhts, dinette, large ownerscabin aft with centreline berth, 2 x u.w.toilet, shower, headroom: 1.90 mtr, Volvo Ardic diesel ducted air heating, galley: electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water system (220v/engine), Icemaster 12v fridge with holdingplate, Spitzer two burner gasstove with oven.
Volvo Penta 2003 28 hp (20kW) diesel, installed in 1991, 1180 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, Volvo Penta Saildrive (seal renewed in 1999), two bladed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6,5 knots, consumption approx. 3 ltr/hr, 12/220v electrical system, 1 x manual / 1 x electric bilgepump, 2 batteries 2005, Calira automatic batterycharger. Engineroom insulation renewed 2005.

Gebo Fixed windscreen with sprayhood (1999), cockpitcover, Lofrans Tigress electric windlass, CQR anchor with ca. 30 mtr chain, boardingladder, bathingplatform, deckshower (cold), fenders, warps, clock, radar reflector, cockpit table, cleats amidships. Underwatership preventative treated in 1999 with 5 layers of Gelshield, seacocks and hoses renewed for toilets (2002).
Sloop-rigged, Isomat aluminium double spreader mast, Furlex headsail furling, 3 sails: full batten main (1991) / work jib (1991) / furling genoa (UV strip to be replaced), new mainsail cover with Lazy Jacks, genoa cover, slabreefing for main, Isomat mechanical boomvang, 2 x 43CST sheetwinches, 2 x 30CST halyardwinches, 1 x 16C sheetwinch, all Lewmar, telescopic spi-pole at mast.
