GRP sailing yacht Baltic 48 DP "Escapada", built in 1986 by Baltic Yachts - Finland, design by Doug Peterson, dim.: Loa 14,64 m (Lwl 11,76 m) x 4,36 m x 2,65 m, headway: 23,00 m, GRP hull - preventive osmoses treatment in 2004 (no osmoses has been present), GRP deck and superstructure, full new teak deck of 2004 (laid in Epoxy), Plexiglass windows, round bilged white hull (in very good shape), fin keel, displacement: 12,1 tonnes, ballast: 5,4 tonnes (lead), fuel tanks s/s: 1x 100 + 1x 140 litres, fresh water tanks s/s: 1x 100 + 1x 150 + 1x 250 litres, sump tank s/s: 100 litres (used for toilet), mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Traditional teak interior, saloon + three double cabins, 6 (+2 in saloon) berths, headroom: approx. 2,00 m., grey leather upholstery, two marine heads with own wash bowl, shower and manual toilet (in waste tank or just outside), Eberspächer 5DL heating, hot water through boiler - element renewed in '05 (runs on engine/220V), electric water pressure system, galley equipped with Coriander top, double sink s/s, Frigoboat cooling unit, one freezer and one fridge, three-burner gas stove s/s with oven - cardanic, extractor, crockery for 8 persons.

Volvo Penta 135 hp 4 cylinder Turbo intercooler, Morse engine control, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots, maximum speed: 9 knots, Maxprop - three-bladed proppeler of '03, propeller shaft s/s - water greased, several fire extinguishers, electric gas bottle valve with switch in galley, bilge pumps: two manual in- and outside + one 24V electric, Mastervolt gel batteries: 6x 90 amp 24V + 1x 12V '00, shore power, Megatronic battery charger: 24V/20 amp., Mastervolt combi (battery charger/inverter): 2600 W/ 30 amp.

Suunto compass ' 04 outside on pedestal, B&G compass, B&G Hercules echosounder + log, B&G wind set: speed/direction/close hauled, three large repeaters on mast (switch at the helmposition) with master display in the second cockpit B&G Hydra, main instruments inside, daughters outside in the steering cockpit, Philips GPS with daughter outside, Sailor RT2047 VHF with Atis, Dual watch 25 Watt, Lowe HF50 SSB receiver, Lokata Navtex, Furuno 1831 24 miles radar, Autohelm 6000 autopilot (in-+ outside), telephone, JVC stereo with CD player at the charttable, Sony stereo with CD player in the aft cabin, speakers in- and outside, 2x Neova flatscreens '05, computer with Windows XP, TV - digitenne, RR Ramert multifuntional antenna for TV, radio, VHF and mobile telephone, Flatscreen at the chart table being used for navigation (Max C software installed on computer) also used for TV, DVD and internet connection.

Sprayhood 2x - the aft one of '05, winter cover over complete yacht with standing mast, manual search light, RDF 8 persons life raft in container (2005), plough anchor + Danforth anchor, s/s boarding ladder, deck shower, two wired sea railing s/s, safe, IOR equipment.

Sloop rigged, aluminium mast, fittings s/s, rod rigging: tested in '04 - rapport available, head sail furling, sails: Quantum battened mainsail of '00 + Quantum genoa 135% of '00 + Doyl Yankee 100% of '96, North genoa I + II, High Aspect + cutter jib + spinnaker 200m2 (1.5) + 170 m2 (2.2), storm jib, stay sail + Doyl original main sail, sail cover, quick binding reef system, back stays, Lewmar genoa rails - new, mainsheet traveller - new, Navtec hydraulic back stay adjuster, Navtec hydraulic boom vang, winches: mast - 3x ST46 + 2x 52 ST, cockpit I - 2x 46 + 2x 65 3-speed (connected), cockpit II: 2x 46 2-speed + 2x 55 2-speed electric, spi pole, jocky pole. Mast rigging and sails are all in very good shape.
