A beautiful well maintained comfortable Hallberg Rassy 36. She has been in winterstorage inside each year. Second owner since 1993 and hardly used since the log showing 2996 nautic miles and the engine has run 356 hours. She is in perfect condition and ready to go.

GRP sailing yacht HALLBERG RASSY 36 Scandinavia ''Kea'', built in 1992, building number 141, under Lloyds number HCC/Got-150142, dim.: 10.87 x 3.55 x 1.70 m, built by Hallberg Rassy in Ellos in Sweden, designed by German Frers, headway approx. 15.50 m, teak deck and teak in cockpit, round bilged white hull with blue striping, displacement approx. 7.500 kg, ballast approx. 3.400 kg, fuel capacity aprox. 330 ltr in stainlessteel tank, water capacity approx. 350 ltr. in stainless steel tank, Whitlock pedestral mechanical wheelsteering, steeringwheel newly covered with leather, emergeny tiller.

Mahogany interior with teak floor, 2 cabins each with a double berth and lots of storage space, both cabins have there own escape hatch to the deck with flyscreens, in the saloon 2 sofas each of them can be used as a berth making a total of 6 berths, headroom in the saloon approx 1.95 m, in the forepeak is a head with a manual toilet, shower with seperate electric drainpump, a washbasin and a opening porthole, Webasto D3l hot air heating system, hot water thrue a boiler heated by both the engine and 220 V, waterpressure system, the galley is situated on starboard side with a Frigomatic compressordriven refrigerator, a 2-burner ENO gasstove with oven, a deep double sink with waterpressure and a footpump and lots of lockerspace, on the portside close to the passage leading to the aft cabin is the navigation table.

Volvo Penta MD22, 42kW, 57 hp, number S100644045, 355 engine hours (12-12-2002), mechanical gearbox, consumption approx. 5 ltr./hr., speed approx. 6.5 knots, Veuts electric bowthruster, 3-bladed fixed propeller, stainless steel propeller shaft, manual bilge pump in the cockpit, electric circuit 12/220 V., 3 batteries each 108 Ah. all from 2001, shore power incuding cable and earthbreaker, 12 Volt battery charger, meters for light and start battery voltage and amps, enginhourcounter, engine RPM, engine temperature and oilpressuremeter.

Fixed cockpit windows made of security glass in aluminium frames, sprayhood with zipper for an extendable cockpit cover, life jackets, 2x fire extinguisher, manual windlass, 45 lbs CQR anchor with 40 m of 6 mm galvanized chain, stern anchor with chain, safe, bathing ladder, several spare parts, charts + books, cockpit table, 6 fenders.

Sloop-rigged, Selden deck stepped mast with 2 sets of spreaders, Reckmann furling headsail system, full battened mainsail with Harken ball bearing cars and a single line reefing system with lazyjacks, furling genoa I and rocon, furling genoa II, stormjib, 1x Lewmar 30 2 speed selftailing halyard winch on the coachroof with 3 stoppers, 1x Lewmar 16 2 speed selftailing furling system winch, 2x Lewmar 46 2 speed selftailing sheet winches, sail cover, Selden boom vang, spinnaker boom stowed to the mast. 2 dorades and several Electrolux deckventilators.
