Includes complete cleaning of all heat exchangers, full engine service, valve clearance checks, and a complete paint job using anti-rust primer and original Yanmar paint. • Key Replacements: Both turbochargers replaced, both alternators replaced (new), and timing belts replaced. • Transmission: Full inspection and service of both inverters and Aqua-Drive systems, including the replacement of transmission dampers. • Fuel & Exhaust Systems: All fuel lines replaced. Full replacement of all engine exhaust hoses. Exhaust filters and dual Racor fuel filters cleaned and re-secured. • Cooling System Upgrades: Cooling tank retaining bands upgraded to custom stainless steel; new overflow pipes and caps installed. Control Systems & Helm Stations • Control Cables: All control cables and shifters replaced for both first and second helm stations. • Second Helm Station (Ex Novo): Completely rebuilt from scratch, featuring: o New RPM gauges, ignition switches, warning lights, and electrical panels. o Custom-made mahogany lever base. o New Ultraflex throttle levers. o New mahogany steering wheel. Additional Upgrades • Seacocks: All through-hull fittings (seacocks) replaced throughout the vessel. • Tank Fittings: All tank handles replaced 2025
