Steel motoryacht LAUWERSMEER 10,20 "Tres Joly", built approx. 1977, built and designed by Lauwersmeer - Westergeest/NL, dim. approx: 10,00 x 3,15 x 0,93 m, white chine hull, steel decks, steel superstructure, hardend glass windows in aluminium frames, fuel tank capacity approx. 350 litres in 1 steel tank, water tank capacity 400 litres in 2 GRP tanks, double mechanical wheelsteering, mechanical engine controls, Cupa electric bowthruster.

Classic interior, 2 persons V-shaped berth in bow, dinette on starboard side, galley with 4 burner gasstove on port, Tristal electric oven and fridge (gas), manual toilet on port, saloon with 2 x settee, aftcabin with double berth on starboard side and single berth on port side, headroom approx. 1,90 m.

Single 42 hp Mercedes OMC 636 diesel engine, keelcooling system with wet exhaust, hydraulic gearbox, steel propellershaft greaze lubricated, 3 bladed bronze propeller, speed approx. 6 knots, 1 x 120 ah service battery, 1 x 90 ah start battery, Eberspacher hot-air heating (diesel), waterpressure system by hydrofoor, hot water by boiler (gas).

Seafarer 700 echosounder, 2 x wipers.

Convertable cover with stainless steel frame, sunawning, manual windlass, Danforth anchor, deckwash, 4 x fenders, 4 x mooring lines, stainless steel swimladder, stainless steel steering position.
