General
GRP Motor yacht Kent 27 " Roer Om", built in 1998, dim: 8,10 x 3,10 x 0.90 m, headway approx. 2,15 m, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, hardened glass windows in aluminium frames, blue hull, hydraulic steering system and second manual steering position inside, complete underwater renovation 2008 ( with guarantee).

Classic interior finished in teak, galley in saloon features: sink, double Eno stove (gas), 60 ltr fridge with freezing compartment, hot water from boiler, water pressure system, Trumatic hot air heating, forecabin with 2 single berhts in V-shape, settee in saloon can be converted to a double berth, manual toilet, interior headroom approx. 1.90 m.

Single 42 hp Vetus diesel engine, approx. 1000 hours, stainless steel propeller shaft, Vetus electric bowthruster, electric bilgepump, Mobitronic battery charger, 1 x 120 Ah and 1x 60 Ah batteries, shore power with cable.

Autohelm bidata (log/echosounder), Autohelm ST 4000 autopilot.

Philips radio and cassette-player with 2 loudspeakers, cockpit cover, Simpson Lawrence electric windlass, Danforth anchor, galvanized chain, s.s. bathingladder, stainless steel searailing, fenders, mooring lines.
