Algemeen

Steel sailing yacht, Colin Archer "Elske"", built in 1991 by De Vries in Lemmer - Holland. Dim.: Lod 11,70 m x 3,95 x 1,30/2,00 m (Loa 13,50 m incl. bow spirit - Lwl 10,80 m). Electric centre board keel. Steel hull, superstructure and deck, TBS on deck and cockpit floor, teak on cockpit benches. Four deck hatches, Lewmar portholes - all to be open. Displacement approx.: 12 tonnes, Ballast: approx. 4 tonnes. Fuel tank capacity: approx. 500 litres. Fresh water capacity: approx. 350 litres. Sump tank capacity: approx. 350 litres. Mechanical wheel steering.

Oak interior, saloon, front and aft cabin, 4 (+2) berths. Pressurized water system, hot water through boiler (240V/engine) Heathpol stainless steel heather. Saloon with L-shaped settee on portside, bench on starboard side, a large folding table in between. U-shaped galley with stainless steel sink and a Techimpex two burner gas stove with oven. Fridge with Isotherm element (situated under the stair case). Marine heads in front of the yacht with wash bowl and pump toilet. Front cabin with V-berth, several lockers. Large aft cabin with double berth with wash bowl and separate room with pump toilet. Stereo with cassette.

Iveco 8041 M 0800 diesel engine of 76 hp (1990), approx. 1.000 engine hours. Stainless steel propeller shaft- greased lubricated, three bladed bronze propeller. Cooling pump replaced August 2012. Whisper genset with silencer of 3,7 kW. Electric circuit: 12V/240V, shore power. Victron battery charger/inverter Batteries: 2x 200 Ah + 1x 75 Ah - all from August 2012..

On Garage: Autohelm compass, Autohelm ST50 Tridata: depth/speed and trip. Autohelm wind set: speed/direction and close hauled. Robertson AP 300X autopilot (needs to be checked), Inside: Shipmate RS5700 GPS and Shipmate RS8300 VHF (no Atis) .

Sprayhood, cockpit table, fixed stainless steel sea railing. Anchor windlass with ropehead, CQR anchor with chain. Clock, barometer, hygrometer.

Sloop-cutter rigged, aluminium mast, 2x head sail furling system Headway: approx, 18,50 m. Sails: mainsail, genoa and cutter jib. Lewmar winches: 2x 48 + 2x 44.
