Designed and built as a very sturdy motorsailer in the the late sixties and seventees, the Banjer 37 is probably on of the more succesfull models. You will find them all over the world. This sturdy Dutch built motorsailor has a spacious open cockpit. She has sea going capacities and is also ideal to cruise the inland waters and good to handle in the marina with her bowthruster.

GRP motorsailor Banjer 37 "Qimmiq', built in 1969 by Inter Marina in Nederhemert - Holland, hull number 10, dim.: 11.13 m (Lwl 10.12 m) x 3.48 m x 1.45 m, headway with lowered masts is approx 2,80 mtr. design by Dick Lefeber, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, TBS on deck, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, S-shaped hull, long keel, displacement: approx. 12 tonnes, ballast: approx. 5.5 tonnes (cast iron), fuel tanks: 2x 450 litres, fresh water tanks: 2x 350 litres (GRP), grey water tank: 100 litres, hydraulic wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, steering house with bench (new upholstery '08), saloon + front cabin, 2 (+3) berths, former pilot berth has been altered into lockers, headroom: approx. 2.05 m., marine head with wash bowl, shower and a manual toilet, Mikumi hot air heating, hot water through Rinmai geyser, galley with sink, Isotherm refrigerator and a three burner gas stove with oven (thermoswitches need to be replaced).

Perkins 6 cylinder 115 hp. diesel engine of 1969, flexible joint, Paragon gearbox overhauled '05 and several parts renewed, intercooling, three bladed propeller, propeller shaft s/s grease lubricated, fire extinguisher, manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 12v/24v/220v, two batteries of 185 amp. + two batteries of 200 amp., Victron battery charger 2000, shore power, invertor 24v/12v., main wiring and main electrical switches have been replaced, Vetus bowthruster 95 Kgf ('05).

Plastimo compass, Raytheon wind set: speed + direction (defect), Shipmate RS 8300 VHF with Atis, Furuno GPS '1997, mechanical rudder indicator, Autohelm ST4000 autopilot with electrical rudderindicator and remote control, Philips stereo with CD player, television of 1997 and video.

Manual windlass, CQR anchor, 40 m chain, two wired sea railing s/s ('05), two wipers, clock and barometer, fire extinguisher, cockpittable, weatherstation.

Ketch-cutter-rigged, aluminium masts, fittings s/s, 2x Furlex furling systems ('09), 6 sails: main sail, mizzen, genoa, yankee, jib, mizzen staysail, sail covers ('08), reefing system, two Enkes 22 sheet winches and two Gib halyard winches.
