GRP sailing yacht C-Yacht 36 ''Sea U'', built in 1999, building number 28-36-99, dim.: 10.85 (lwl 9,30 m) x 3.72 x 1.80 m, headway approx. 18.20 m, built by Zaadnoordijk, designed by Frans Maas, CE A classification, teak deck, GRP superstructure with 3 large deckhatches and several hard glass windows with aluminium frames, round bilged with fin keel, displacement approx. 7.000 kg, fixed ballast approx. 3.000 kg, fuel capacity approx. 150 ltr. in stainless steel watertank, water capacity approx. 300 ltr. in GRP tank, sump tank approx. 60 ltr. for toilet, mechanical Whitlock steering with stainless steel leathercovered steeringwheel, emergency tiller.

Modern teak interior, 2 cabins each with a double berth, ample locker and standing space, each cabin has its own escape hatch to the deck, saloon with 1 large L sofa to the port side that can be used as a berth making a total of 5 berths, headroom in the saloon and forecabin approx. 1.90 m, to the starboard side aft is a large head with a manual Jabsco toilet, shower, washbasin and large door to the lazaret in the cockpit, Webasto hot air heating system, on portside in the passageway to the owners cabin is a large galley with an electric water pressure system, incuding a 40 ltr. hot water Isomat boiler heated by engine and 220 Volt, 3-burner gas stove with oven, Coolmatic 70 ltr. refrigerator, deep stainless steel sink, trashbin, large opening panel to the engine compartment.

Fixed security windows in aluminium frames at the sprayhood, cockpit cover, winter cover, several fenders, life lines, 2x Bruce anchor with 40 m chain, bathing ladder and bathing platform, clock, barometer, radar-reflector, fire extinghuisher cockpit table, flyscreens for the opening portholes, Truma remote gasswitch and 220 V. plug in the galley, hygrometer, thermometer, barometer, ORC Plastimo type DF 28826 4 person liferaft in a bag number 28826x00021 (not inspected yet).

14/15 sloop-rigged, aluminium deck stepped Selden mast with 2 sets of swept aft spreaders, all main standing rigging is attached to one point on the deck for deck clearance, Dutchman maindrop system, Furlex 300S furling headsail system, De Vries sails including a full battened mainsail from 1999 (31.9 m2), genoa (37.5 m2), spinnaker (100,7 m2) gennaker (80,6 m2), mechanical backstayadjuster, Selden boomvang, 2x Andersen 46ST sheet winches, 2x Andersen 28 ST halyard winches each with 4 stoppers, mast stowed spi boom, jockeypool.
