Aluminium sailyacht Koopmans 44 Pilothouse "Agora", built 1991 with number 111, launched in 1992, dim: 13,40 x 3,90 x 2,00 m, built by Folmer/Hutting and designed by Koopmans, aluminium hull, superstructure and deck, Boomsma hardened glass windows, fin keel (with lead), round-bilged hull, displacement approx. 15 ton, fuel capacity approx. 600 ltr (inclusive daytank), water capacity approx. 650 ltr, fuel capacity approx. 70 ltr., Withlock mechanical steering (inside/outside), emergency tiller.
Modern ashen interior, 2 cabins, with saloon and pilothouse, 5 fixed berths and 2 in the saloon makes a total of 7 berths, headway approx. 1,90/1,95 m, 2 x Rheinstrom toilet, 1 x shower, Webasto heating, warm water boyler on 220V and on the motor, manual waterpressure system, galley, with 24V refrigerator/deepfreezer, 3-burner stove with oven, crockery, Moulinex microwave.
Yanmar 100 hp (73,50 kW) diesel engine, type 4JH3-HET with approx. 200 runninghours, Maxprop 3-bladed propeller, indirect coolingsystem, consumption approx. 4,5 ltr/p/h, speed approx. 7,5 knots, Rheinstrom bowtrusther, gasdetector, electric and manual bilgepumps, 1 x 540 AH battery's ('02), shorepower, Victron 24V/50Ah batterycharger, Victron 24/12V invertor, deckwashpump.

Sun awning, Ampair Pacific 100 windvane ('04), 2 sun panels, electric Maxwell 1200 windlass, Bruce anchor with 60 m chain, bathingladder and plathform, deckshower, searailing, several fenders, spare parts, clock/baro, cockpitcushions and cockpittable, wipers.
