The Sweden Yachts 38 is a pure sailing yacht with modern, racy lines; yet she has a classical beauty which will last through the years. The mast and rig are well dimensioned to carry the large sail area; this, combined with the modern hull lines, gives the yacht an amazing turn of speed, even in the lightest wind. The Sweden 38 has a very favourable IOR (internation offshore rating) and she is extremely competitive at all levels of racing.

GRP sailingyacht Sweden 38 "Windbreker", built in 1986 by Sweden yachts, dim 11,83 (9,53) x 3,85 x 2,25, design by Novlin/Ostmann, built to Germ LIoyd's specifications, GRP hull, deck and superstructure, teak deck, perspex windows in aluminium frames, roundbilged hull, fin keel, displacement approx 7,4 tonnes, 3,5 tonnes lead ballast, 1 x 100 ltrs. stainless steel fueltank, 2 x 160 ltrs. fresh watertank, 1 x 75 ltrs sumptank, mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
