Aluminium sailing yacht Outborn 44L ''Lop Nor'', built in 1988 by Outborn Yachts in Harlingen - Holland, designed by Peter Rommel in Berlin. Dim.: Loa 13.78 m x 4.05 m x 1.45/3,00 m, headway: approx. 21.60 m. Aluminium hull, superstructure and deck, teak on cockpit benches and cockpit floor (2002). Aluminium superstructure with two large and two small Goyot opening deck hatches, two dorades, three opening portholes in the cockpit, two opening portholes in the stern. Windows superstructure refitted. Sun screens windows. Round bilged dark blue hull with white striping (all Awlgrip 2002) which has some blistering. . Electric hydraulic lifting keel with manual backup pump - hydraulics overhauled in 2005. Displacement: approx. 13 tonnes including 1.000 litres ballast water in two tanks, pump replaced in 2007 the sensor are out of order. Ballast: approx. 3.tonnes lead in a vertical lifting keel + 500 kg extra lead in bilge. Fuel capacity: approx. 250 + 120 litres + spare tank of 60 litres. Fresh water capacity: approx. 500 litres. Sump tank capacity: approx. 70 litres. Whitlock pedestal wheel steering, new rudder clamps mounted in 2008. Emergency tiller.

Mahogany interior with white Formica paneling and teak with ashen floorboards, deck saloon, two cabins, pilot berth, 5 berths. Decksaloon with a U-shaped sofa to port, 13 closed windows for vision all round, navigational area to the starboard facing forward, a sea bunk, headroom: 1.95 m. The galley in the centre and to the starboard side of the hull with a Dickinson diesel heater, hot water system via a Barco boiler - 24 litres water, Emersion heater heated by main engine, pressurized water system, foot pump in the galley for fresh water. Pump galley replaced in 2007. Galley to the starboard side with two stainless steel integrated washbowls in a white Formica worktop, two drawers and two lockers under the galley worktop, large 12 Volt refrigerator with opening top in the worktop (with battery watch of 2002), three lockers and extractor above the worktop, Spitzer stainless steel three burner gas stove with oven, crockery, headroom: approx. 2.00 m. Gas locker on deck for two gas bottles with remote gas switch. On port side a double cabin with two bunks one over the other, two lockers, a port light in the hull and a small opening deck hatch. Forward sail locker with access from the deck and via the forward head, forward head equipped with to port a manual toilet (Rheinstrom Y4) and double locker, to starboard a washbowl in a Formica worktop with two mirrored door lockers above and in the centre a Goyot opening deck hatch over the shower with separate drain, solar ventilation (2005). Starboard aft the door leading to the aft cabin with two single berths, ample storage lockers, three opening port lights to the cockpit and two opening port lights to the stern. Port the entrance door to the engine room. Pioneer stereo with CD-player, digital TV (2009).

Perkins Prima MD50 - 50 hp diesel engine, building year 1988. Hurth gearbox, indirect cooling system, consumption approx. 4 litres per hour, speed approx. 7 knots. Second dynamo (Lima) of 120 Ah of 2005. Double fuel filter system. Three bladed Maxprop folding propeller (2002), propeller shaft replaced in 2009, spare: 2-bladed folding prop. Vetus bow thruster. Electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power (Marinko 2007). Batteries: 4x 165 Ah. service batteries (2009), Maxima start battery, 2x 108 Ah. bow thruster batteries (2007), Trace Charger/inverter and Victron isolation transformer 2005. Battery watch (Shunt DC 2000). Solar panel (2008). "Superwind" Wind generator (2007). 3 x Electric bilge pumps, bilge alarm (2007) 1 x Henderson MK V manual bilge pump and Gusher 30 manual bilge pump (handheld), 4 x fire extinguishers (foam, powder and CO2). The CO2 fire extinguisher checked in 2010.

Sprayhood (2005), sun awning, mainsail cover, rain cover cockpit (2007), life lines, capstan, electric anchor windlass with remote control (RM of 2009), CQR anchor of 20 kg with 48 m chain, Delta anchor of 20 kg with 10 m chain and 70 m rope (2007), small anchor of 7 kg with rope, anchor fittings of 2006, bathing ladder, bathing platform, two wired sea railing of stainless steel (2006), fenders, several spare parts, clock-, baro and hygrometer, safe, bosan chair 2x. 4 persons life raft (last inspection 2011), two life lines + harness, MOB buoy (2009). Tender with small anchor, 3,5 hp outboard of 2007 with bracket on push pit and bracket on bathing platform to use the outboard as emergency engine. Stainless steel arch for instruments of 2007. Davit of 2006. Radar reflector 2x. Spare pump for fuel tank and ballast tank. Original drawings/documentation etc available.

Sloop-rigged, keel-stepped white aluminium mast with two sets of swept aft spreaders, stainless steel fittings, standing rig, incl. back stays of 2005. Harken manual furling headsail system and a removable cutter stay with talie (2005). Sails: Spectra full-battened mainsail (45 m2) with lazy jacks (3 reefs) of 2003, Spectra furling genoa (60 m2 of 2003 (with UV-stroke of 2010), cutter jib of 2003, Sail cover, reefing system (3x), Navtec hydraulic backstay adjuster, talie boom vang of 2005, 8x winches (overhauled + spare parts available), electrical winch handle (2005).
