This beautiful classic canoe stern all-round sailing yacht, built by Biesbosch in Dordrecht, is blessed with excellent sailing capacities and a warm classic mahogany interior. The yacht is kept in very good condition; Mitsubishi 35 hp diesel engine - installed in 2002, Brasker mast of 2006, mast lowering system, sails of 2005/2007, winter cover, cradle etc. Copies of the original drawings available.

Algemeen

Classic steel sailing yacht "Jutter", built in 1961 by Biesbosch in Dordrecht - Holland. Design by De Groot - Arkel. Dim.: 10,80 m x 3,30 1,40 m., headway 13,75 m without antenna. Steel hull - clinker build, steel superstructure and deck, gangways with teak, deck of couchroof with anti-slip, doghouse made of wood. S-shaped hull, long keel, canoe stern. Displacement: approx. 9 tonnes. Fuel capacity: approx. 60 litres (+ 60 litres extra in jerry cans), fuel level indicator. Fresh water capacity: approx. 130 litres. Flojet pump. Tiller steering, covers for tiller, winches and hatches.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin, blue upholstery, 2 (+2) berths, Webasto Air top heating (approx. of 2000). Galley on port side with sink, fridge, two burner gas stove, gas detector, gas locker for two bottles outside. Chart table at starboard side. Marine head on port side with toilet and small wash bowl. Lot of storage space throughout the whole yacht. Headroom at the galley, charttable 1,80m. in the frontcabin toilet 1,61 m.

Mitsubishi S4L2-63SPH 37 hp diesel engine of 1999 - installed in 2002, cruising speed: approx. 5 knots at 1.400 RPM, consumption: approx. 1,9 liters per hour. Batteries of 2007: Daveco 60038 start battery of 12V/100 Ah and 2x Daveco 96801 service battery of 2x 12V/230Ah/5h. Shore power with earth leakage breaker, Vetus battery charger, Victron Phoenix 12/350 VA inverter of 2009. All electric wiring renewed in 2000 schedule available. Bilge pump with alarm, Whale Gusher Titan manual bilge pump.

Cassens & Plath compass in copper frame, Philips Navigator GPS, connection present for GPS Garmin 72 (no GPS), Nasa Marine log, Nasa marine echo sounder, Navico wind set: speed, Raymarine Ray 54E VHF (no Atis), Navtex Target, JVC radio, Cresta weather station.

Doghouse with sun screens, cockpit cushions, bimini, cockpit cover, winter cover, cradle, Lofrans anchor winch of 2007, anchor of 2006 with 40 m anchor chain, anchor alarm function on GPS in cockpit, anchor locker of stainless steel of 2006, horn, search light, two wired sea railing of stainless steel, life raft in holder (last inspection 2004), pull and push pit of stainless steel, fire extinguisher, safety buoy with strobe light, rescue sling, wooden boarding ladder, radar reflector, deck wash pump. Copies of the original drawings.

Sloop rigged, removable cutter stay, Brasker wooden mast of 2006, Furlex head sail furling system. Mast lowering system, small mast aft for mast support and antenna. Sails: main sail of De Vries - Muiden of 2007; two reefs and Lazy Jacks, Hagoort furling genoa of 2005, storm jib (12m2 - orange color - never used), old main, genoa and jib as spare. Sail cover for main (of 2007) and genoa (of 2005). Winches (copper) for main sail and jib with halyards of steel, sheet winches (copper).
