Built by one of the reknowned sloop builders in the north of Holland, this is an exceptional motorsailer. Her hull is clinker mahogany built on oak frames. She has been fully restored in 1995/96 by a professional yard. This restoration included many items and parts of the yacht and her equipment. She has nice accommodations, good headroom and a large cockpit. Furthermore she is a charming classic design by Kraaijer/Bruynzeel.

Mahogany clinker built motorsailer "Brigantijn", built in 1960 by Fa De Blaak Hoogezand, the Netherlands, fully restored in 1995/96, dim.: 11,10 x 3,65 x 1,60 mtr, headway approx. 14 mtr, mahogany clinker built hull on oak frames hull, mahogany superstructure, full bilged hull, full bilged keel, rudder in skeg, displacement: approx. 8 tonnes, ballast: tonnes, fueltank: 1 x 150 (s.s.), freshwatertank: 2 x 180 ltrs (s.s.), mechanical wheelsteering. In 1995/96 the following work has been caried out; all new s.s. tanks, new windows, frames and portholes, new coachroof, new doghouse, new s.s. keelbolts, new rudder, new windscoops and doradeboxes, new s.s. anchorlocker, new seacocks/hull fittings.


Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, dinette, headroom: 1.90 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet (1995), shower with drain-pump, Webasto D3L diesel ducted air heating (1997), galley: electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water system (220v+engine 60 ltr), Plastimo two burner gasstove with grill, Ena gas oven, Isotherm 12v fridge. Most of the interior has been refurbished in 1995 including new interior lighting, upholstery and matresses', new galley and shower, waterpump, stove, oven, boyler, heating, fridge, etc.


Vetus Status 4.25 55 hp (40kW) diesel, installed in 1992, approx. 855 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s. propellershaft, three bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 6,5 kn, consumption approx. 4 ltr/hr, 1 x manual / 2 x electric bilgepumps, 12/220v electrical system, 4 x batteries, Mastervolt 12/60amp automatic batterycharger, Mastervolt 1200watt 220v invertor, shorepower. After overhaul in 1995/96 the following was renewed; electrical installation, shore power, batterycharger, invertor, engine room ventialtion, shaftbearing, shaftgland, enginemounts, etc.


Sestrel compass, Autohelm ST50 Tridata log and echosounder, Autohelm ST50 windset, Shipmate RS8100 VHF with Atis, Autohelm ST6000 autopilot, Trimble Navtrec GPS, Tv antenna. Most of her navigation equipment has been renewed in 1995/96.


Fixed windscreen with full cockpitcover (1995), electric windlass (1995), 35kg anchor with chain, boardingladder, fenders, warps, 2 x lifebuoy, etc.


Ketch-rigged, wooden masts, s.s. standing rigging, Furlex headsail furling, 4 sails: furling genoa / main / mizzen / spi, covers for main and mizzen, slabreefing for main, tackle boomvang, 2 x Barient self-tailing sheetwinches, halyard winches, spi-pole. In 1995/1998 the following has been done; new mizzen mast, new standing rigging, new mizzen, epoxy coating main mast, new headsailfurler, mainsheet traveller, new spi-pole, etc.
