GRP sailing yacht Victoire 1200 "Mare", built in 1990 by Victoria shipyard in Alkmaar - the Netherlands, hull number: 1200 - 69, designer: D. Koopmans sr, dim.: Loa 12,00 m (Lwl 9,80 m) x 3,64 m x 2,10 m, headway: approx. 17,60 m, GRP hull, Awlgripped in 2003, GRP superstructure and deck, teak deck, sanded and resealed 2003, Righro Dubrit windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, fin keel, displacement: 8,6 tonnes, ballast: 3.85 tonnes, fuel tank: 270 litres, fresh water tank: 300 litres, Whitlock mechanical wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, saloon + two cabins, 5 (+2) berths, both cabins with wash bowl , headroom approx. 1,90/1,95m, shower and a manual under water toilet (2004), Webasto hot air heating of 2001, hot water trough boiler, galley fitted out with electric water pressure sytem, sink, Isotherm fridge with small freeze compartment, Eno three burner gas stove with oven. "MARE" has the standard Victoire layout. The main saloon has a L-shaped settee (new leather upholstery of 2000) to port with bookshelves above and dining table inboard. Lockers and entertainment centre are to starboard. The navigation station is on starboard and contains modern navigation systems. Forward of the saloon the head on port opposite a locker on starboard. In the front cabin you will find a comfortable double berth. The galley is the standard one, on port opposite the modernised navigation area. This provides you with a computer navigation system (navigation software optional), Yeoman plotter and Radar. Aft on starboard you will find the owners cabin with a comfortable double berth. All mattresses are renewed in 2002. Aft on port side is a spare berth and rope locker.

Volvo Penta 2003 Turbo 43 hp diesel engine (app. 1500 hrs (5-2004), 50 Ah altenator on main engine, Max prop propeller of 2002, 2x 2 battery banks 12v/135 ah, separate battery charger 50 Ah of 2003, Mastervolt battery charger/reverter 12v/220v.

New integrated PC system with keyboard and mouse, Sony Plasma Screen (navigation software optional), Raytheon System with repeaters on deck (wind direction, clause hauled, depth, speed and navigation repeaters); Raystar 112i LP GPS transducer attached (2002), Autohelm/Raytheon 7000 Autopilot, Simrad RS87 VHF radio RC87 (2003), Radar system SL70 Pathfinder (2003), ICOM Single Side Band Radio 2003, AP navigator Philips GPS Mk6 revised 2003, Yeoman navigation plotter (connected to GPS AP navigator), Navtex (must be checked; not functioning correctly), Sony CD Stereo with 4 speakers (2 waterproof in cockpit).

Sprayhood, removable varnished teak cockpit table, 6 persons RFD life raft in canister (must be inspected in 2004), two Man Overboard systems with pole & strobe lights, life lines, Simpson Lawrence Sprint 2000 windlass with 50 m high tensile 3/8'chain, Novurania Dinghy with 3.3 ho Marine outbaord of 1993, boarding ladder s/s, two wired sea railing, chart and books, clock and barometer.

New mast and rig 2003 (Hallspar), Reckmann furling system, sails: North mainsail of 2000, North genoa, (130%) of 2000 (not suitable for the furling), North Spectra 98% of 2003 (suitable for furling system), SU de Vries spinnaker of 1994, Hood gennaker of 1996, storm jib - red top (never been used), winches: 2x Barient 32 ST (genua), 2x Barient 24-45 ST, 2x Barient on mast, 2x Barient halyard, one Barient winch for reefing, aluminium spinnaker pole, Jockey pole.
