GRP sailing yacht Feeling 39DI "Magic Feeling", built in 2000 by Kirie in France, dim.: Loa 11,70 m (Lwl 9,92 m) x 4,02 m x 0,76/2,20 m, designed by Philippe Briand, white GRP hull - moulded in one piece, GRP deck - horizontal surfaces in balsa sandwich, bilges reinforced with laminated to hull and deck, cast iron ballast integrated into hull lines with stabilizer winglets (for beaching without legs), GRP foil shaped centerboard, lifting system led back to cockpit on winch, two reinforced GRP spade rudders on s/s stock. Plexiglas tinted windows and portholes, displacement: approx. 7.825 tonnes, ballast (cast iron): 3,59 tonnes, fuel tank: 145 litres, 2x fresh water tank: totally 350 litres, wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Light interior, central chart table version; saloon + three cabins, 6 (+2) berths. L-shaped settee to starboard, galley on starboard, settee and navigation table to port, forward owners cabin with large double berth, two aft cabins, lee cloths in settee's, headroom: approx. 1,96 m. Webasto heating throughout, electric water pressure system (Jabsco), hot water through boiler (runs on 220V/engine). Galley with double s/s sink, Coolmatic fridge, Eno gimbaled two burner s/s cooker with oven. Aft head compartment with wash basin, shower and manual under water toilet.

Volvo (Perkins) 2040 3 cylinder 40 hp diesel engine with heat exchanger. Foam soundproofed compartment, access by front panel under companionway and side panels in aft cabins. Engine panel with tachometer, warning lights/alarms for oil pressure, water temperature and battery charge, hour meter (defect), fuel gauge. Sidepower bow thruster, three bladed Max prop, manual and electric bilge pump, batteries of 2006: 1x 100 Ah + 2x 105 Ah, shore power with earth leakage breaker, Victron Phoenix battery charger of 2007.

Plastimo Olympic 135 compass, Raytheon ST60 speed/log, Raytheon ST60 echo sounder, Raytheon master view, Raytheon ST60 wind set: speed/direction, Raytheon ST 80 navigator, Raytheon ST 600R autopilot with remote control, Shipmate RS8300 VHF with Atis (25W), NAV5 GMDSS Navtex receiver, HF150 SSB receiver (isolated backstay), all connections available for lap top use (laptop not included). Jotron Tron SAR 9 GHz radar transponder. Philips stereo and CD player with speakers in- and outside, Nokia GSM 6090 - 5 Watt with antenna in the mast.

Sprayhood, large self-draining cockpit equipped with all necessary elements for comfortable cruising, teak laid cockpit seats, complete IOR equipment, electric windlass, plough anchor s/s + second anchor, 6-persons life raft stored in locker on the bathing platform (last inspection 2006 - must be inspected), deck shower on bathing platform (hot + cold water), folding boarding ladder s/s, two wired sea railing.

Fractional rig with double swept back spreaders, anodized aluminium mast and boom, baby stay, Hasselhof backstay adjuster, genoa furling system, main sail with Dutchman system, 2x genoa, spinnaker and gennaker, 2x Harken ST46 two speed self- tailing winches, 2x Harken ST32 two speed self- tailing winches, 1x ST winch on mast, gas filled boom vang, complete spinnaker equipment and jocky pole.
