GRP sailing yacht X-43 Performance "Chapter X", launched in 2008, built in 2007 by X-Yachts A/S in Haderslev - Denmark, hull number 152, design by Niels Jeppesen, dim.: Loa 12,93 m (Lwl 11,45 m) x 3,97 m x 2,20 m.
GRP white hull with blue striping, GRP superstructure and deck, teak on deck + coach roof and on cockpit floor and benches, removable teak footrest in cockpit. Custom made crash bar.
Moonlight windows in aluminium framing (can all be opened), four hatches (three with roller blinds/mosquito screens).
Round bilged hull, fin keel - the lead bulb is bolted to the cast iron fin, and then encapsulated in GRP and faired carefully.
Displacement: 8,6 tonnes, ballast: 2,2 tonnes.
Fuel tank capacity: 135 litres (aluminium tank), VDO fuel level gauge, fresh water tank capacity: 280 litres, VDO fresh water tank gauge, holding tank: 2x.
Mechanical wheel steering, dark blue steering wheel cover (De Vries Sails).


X-43 Classic three cabin layout; saloon + front and two aft cabins + two heads, 6 (+2) berths.

High standard of workmanship, finish and detail throughout the yacht. This includes the finest teak veneers for the interior. Floor boards are of non-slip laminated teak for comfort and safety.

Cosy saloon with a bench on portside and a L-shaped settee on starboard site. Alcantara Navy Blue upholstery in saloon, Gaja 1190 (blue/white) upholstery in the three cabins.

Fore cabin with double berth with slated base, small bench with Alcantara Navy Blue upholstery, hanging locker and an ensuite head with wash bowl, Jabsco toilet and shower, shower sump pump forward toilet.

The electrical wiring is "Tinned" to avoid corrosion, thereby increasing reliability, safety and lifespan. The electric panel at chart table is in a sealed "Dry GRP Box".

The integrated sprayhood (blue) with stainless steel frame is both practical and elegant, housed in its own garage.

The sail handling control lines are all led under the coach roof and back to the cockpit for safe and easy management. It leaves to deck looking clean and uncluttered.
