Aluminium sailing yacht Koopmans 48, built in 1987 by Aluboot in Hindeloopen Holland, dim.: 14.50 x 4.00 x 1.20/2.60 m, teak deck, teak in the cockpit and teak on the superstructure all fully sanded and chequed, round-bilged white aluminium hull with light blue striping, all Lewmar deckhatches and portlights refitted with new glass and plexiglass, in total 4 small deckhatches, 5 large deckhatches, 8 opening portlights in the superstructure and cockpit, aluminium superstructure and deck, electric hydraulic operated wing-shaped centre board with very little ballast, displacement: approx. 19 tonnes, ballast: 8 tonnes of lead integrated in the lower part of the hull and sealed with epoxy, 2 hull-integrated diesel tanks each 300 ltr. with level-indicating leds and a stainless steel 50 ltr. daytank with automatic pump, 2 aluminium hull-integrated 400 ltr. watertanks with level-indicating leds fresh water tanks, Whitlock mechanical wheel steering on a custom aluminium pedestal, emergency tiller.

Teak interior, 3 cabins plus saloon with a total of 8 berths, port and starboard aft are two mirrorred cabins each with a double, lockers, enough light and ventilation by means of opening ports or deckhatches and a cupboard, the starboard cabin is slightly larger due to the aft toilet to port, foreward cabin has a double to starboard with an extensive amount of drawers and lockers and a huge deckhatch overhead, in the peak is a large storage for sails and the chain accessed via the foreward toilet, the foreward toilet is equipped with a new manual RM 69 toilet 4 lockers above and beneath the worktop with washbowl and single handled faucet, a shower and a removable teak grating floor, the aft head to port offers the same utillitys and both the heads are finished in white formica with teak trims, the saloon has a sofa with cupboards aft and lockers below and aft plus a U-sofa to starboard also with ample locker and cupboard space, the galley is placed in front of the entrance and is a foreward-facing U-shape. She has a teak varnished worktop with 8 drawers and a dustbin below, a double stainless steel sink with waterpressure from a single handled faucet, a large top opening stainless steel box and a large refrigerator with an engine-driven Frigoboat compressor with holding plate, Eberspächer D4l hot air heating system, 36 ltr. stainless steel hot water boiler from Frigoboat both engine and 220 Volt AC heated, Mobilife 3-burner stove with oven.

Volvo Penta TMD 22 80 hp 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, indirect cooling system, one level morse controls, Volvo mechanical gearbox, Volvo seal, consumption approx. 5 ltr. per hour, speed approx. 7,8 knots, 3-bladed fixed propeller, stainless steel propeller shaft, electric bowthruster, deck wash, 1x manual + 1x Henderson electric bilge pump, electric circuit 12 Volt/24 Volt and 220 Volt 2x , 6+1 batteries, shore power, Philipi 2 groups 24 Volt battery charger, outside enginestart wit engine rev counter on the pedestal, indside engine control metres for, temperature, Volt and oilpressure, 4x 120 Ah. batteries for 2x 24 Volt 120 Ah. service groups and 2x 88 Ah. 12 Volt for 24 Volt 88 Ah. enginestart, Volt and amp meters for 12 and 24 volt groups.

Magnetic pedestal Compass, B&G windspeed, 360 degrees wind indicater, magnefied windboatspeed and depth and a centreboard position indicator integrated in steering pedestal, Autohelm ST6000 autopilotcontrol at pedestal, all buttons for powered equipment close to the helmsman outside, Autohelm ST6000 autopilot control inside at the chart table and also at the charttable: Brookes and Gatehouse Hornet depth monitor, Hornet 4 sailing monitor for speed log and wind indicators, Sailor Compact RT2047 VHF, Nasa video Navtex, Furuno radar, Pioneer LEX-500 radio/casettette-player with cd, Grundig multisystemTV.

Sprayhood (new white), sun awning, Nimbus life raft for 6 persons (must be checked), outboard bracket on pullpit, electric hydraulic Lofrans Progress II windlass operated from the cockpit aswell as on the foredeck with a 45 LBS CQR anchor and 30 m stainless steel chain, removable folding steel boarding ladder, deck shower and deckwash in foreward decklocker accessed from the deck, 2 lazareths aft fully repainted o.w. one is for gas, large cockpit locker aft of the pedestal, double wired stainless steel sea railing with opening ports on each side, several fenders and spare parts, clock and barometer, safe, 4 dorades.

Sloop cutter-rigged, deck-stepped white aluminium Rondal electric hydraulic stoway mast with 2 sets of spreaders, a white Rondal newly painted spiboom, Navtec hydraulic backstayadjuster and boomvang with a central pump in the cockpit, stainless steel fittings, electric hydraulic furling headsail systems for both headsails, all Hood sails, furling mainsail, furling genoa, furling innerforestay jib, spinaker, all Lewmar 2-speed selftailing winches: 2x type 43, secondary sheetwinches, 2x Lewmar STC 46 backstay, 2x Lewmar STC 55 primery hydraulic, on the mast 2x Lewmar STC 40 and 1x Lewmar STC 30 halyard winches. Lewmar tracks and cars for headsails sheets and mainsail traveller that is placed in front of the entrance.
