San Lorenzo 70 Flybridge Motor Yacht, built in 1991 by San Lorenzo in Italy, designed by builders, LOA 21.23m (70'), beam 5.48m (17'), draft 1.70m (5'8"), GRP hull and superstructure, teak decks, V-shaped hull, white hull, displacement 50 approx. tons, 5,000 litres (1,100 Imp gallons) fuel capacity, 1,800 litres (396 Imp gallons) water capacity, hydraulic steering, second steering position on flybridge.

Classic styled wood interior, full headroom throughout. Accommodation for six persons in three double cabins, forward VIP cabin with queen size double bed and ensuite wc/showerroom, master stateroom midships with large king size bed and full ensuite bathroom bath and seperate toilets and wash hand basin on either side, walk-in wardrobe, twin bedded guest cabin aft with fill in cushions that convert to large double bed, ensuite wc/showerroom, shower with 'sit down' facility. Crew cabin with access through hatch in the foredeck with two single berths, crew wc/showerroom. Saloon with seating areas on both sides and electrically raised table to portside. Fixed coffee table to starboard. Cupboards to portside forward with Samsung TV/VCR, CD, DVD, cassette/radio and satellite receiver (all 2002). Mini fridge located forward in the saloon. On-deck galley with side-door lto starboard, double stainless steel sinks, full size Balay fridge and freezer (2002), Zanussi 4-burner ceramic cooker, oven, extractor, Candy washing machine (2002), full inventory of crockery and cutlery, hand vacuum cleaner and various electrical items (kettle, mixer, toaster). Reverse cycle airconditioning throughout with three Condaria compressors in engine room, HRO watermaker in lazarette aft. Two calorifiers of each 60 litres (2002).

Twin MAN 1,100 hp diesels, port engine rebuilt 2001, starboard engine fully serviced 2002, two circuit cooling system, twin Racor filters on each engine, maximum speed approx. 26 knots, cruising speed 20 knots, exhaust system on both engines modified 2002 (now exhausts below waterline), ZF gearboxes, stainless steel shafts. Two electric bowthrusters in line, with seperate battery bank and charger (all 2002), Vetus electric sternthruster with seperate batteries and charger. Three manual/automatic bilge pumps (owners cabin/engine room/aft guest cabin), one automatic bilge pump (lazarette). 24v DC / 220v AC shore supply, large DC battery bank (maintenance free), generator starting batteries (maintenance free), engine starting betteries (2002), two Onan 16 kw generators located on either side of the engine room, shore power supply, battery chargers for DC bank and starter batteries in lazarette. 24/220v invertor in wheelhouse.

Samsung TV/VCR, CD, DVD, cassette/radio and satellite receiver in saloon (all 2002), TV/VCR/DVS and radio cassette in owner's cabin (2002), radio cassette in each guest cabin (2002). Flybridge bimini top (plus spare), sunbathing cushions, window covers for front screens, covers for flybridge seating/steering position/crane/dinghy, Sanshin searchlight, Zodiac YL 380 DL 5 person tender with bow rail, built in fuel tank, bilge pump, navigation lights, cleats and lifting rings, Johnson 35 hp outboard with electric start/tilt/trim facilities, two 8 persons liferafts (serviced), lifejackets, hand-held fire extinguishers. Lofrans Titan 2000w windlass (overhauled 2002) with remote controls, Danforth anchor with approx. 100m of 12.5 mm chain, spare anchor in lazarette with 50m rope and short chain, two Lofrans capstans on aft deck, teak deck locker with warps and mooring lines. Electro/hydraulic gangway with remote control (2001), folding table on aft deck with folding chairs, electric crane (overhauled 2002) on flybridge.
