GRP motor yacht Apreamare 12 Comfort "Branzino", built in 2001 by Apreamare S.p.A. Sorrento - Italy, dim: Lod 12,08 m (Loa 13,62 m incl. stern platform) 4,48 m x 0,80 m, minium air draft 3,40 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck and teak in cockpit. Displacement: 16,4 tonnes, fuel capacity: 1,400 litres, fresh water capacity: 450 litres. Hydraulic wheel steering.

Cherry wood interior, saloon + two cabins - each with own marine head, 4 (+2) berths. Airco system, electric water pressure system, hot water trough boiler. Saloon with L-shaped settee and folding out table with electric lift. Alpine stereo with cd changer. Galley: cabinets in fine wood, drawers, spot lights, ceramic cooker, hot air/micro wave combi ovenwave and Isotherm refrigerator with freezer compartiment. Ice maker. Stateroom with V-berth and own vacu flush electric marine head; shower compartment. Guest cabin with two single berths and own vacu flush elecric marine head, shower compartment. Twin Volvo Penta TAMD C-B 74 EDC diesel engines - 480 hp each, installed on vibration-damping supports in sound proofing engine compartment. Engine hours approx 560. Shaft driven 4 blade propellors. Mass 7,2 8 kW generator (engine hours 730). Cruising speed approx. 25 knots. Electric bow thruster, trim tabs. Bilge pump system equipped with three electric pumps with automatic and manual operation, battery shunt, two engine starter batteries + 2 on-board facilities batteries + group starter battery, automatic battery charger, electric circuit: 12V/220V, shore power, earth leakage breaker. On bridge: Helm seat for two - one lever remote - controls, bilge pump warning lights, bilge pump start switches. Engine control panel complete with: visible and audible engine alarms, engine start/stop switches, RPM and hour counters, oil pressure gauges, water temperature gauges, voltmeters.

Magnetic Ritchie compass, VDO rudder indicator, Raytheon ST60 Tridata, Raytheon Autopilot with remote controll, Interphase Probe (depth sounder with "radar" fuction, Sailor VHF, Furuno Navet radar, Genonav 11 Flush chartplotter.

Sunshade hard top version, stern seat cover, bow seat cover, hart top with sunshade, hydraulic gangway, search light. Anchor chain compartment: 75 m. anchor chain + 20 kg anchor, electric Lofrans windlass with dual (helm and foredeck) controls.
