Building yachts for many years Van Dam Nordia have established their name in the yachting industry. This Nordia 41 is becoming a real classic in its own right. She has been upgraded over the years with new rig in 1991, new engine in 1994 etc, but her interior still shows the warmth and comfort. She has really good headroom, large enough cabins and spacious saloon and stowage space. She needs some attention to her teakdecks and paintsystem. Furthermore well equipped and a real safe and seagoing yacht.

Steel sailingyacht Nordia 41 "Navalis", built in 1978 by Van Dam Nordia Aalsmeer, Netherlands, dim.: 12.50 x 4.10 x 1.90 mtr, headway: 18.5 mtr, design by Robert van Dam, steel roundbilged hull, teakdecks (part needs overhaul), hardened glass windows, moderate s-bilged hull, fin keel, rudder in skeg with balance part, displacement: 13 tonnes, ballast: 4 tonnes, fueltank: 500 ltrs (steel), freshwatertank: 600 ltrs (steel), mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.

Classic teak interior, 2 cabins + spare forward cabin (now in use as storage), 4(+2) berths, headroom: 2.00 mtr, Webasto diesel ducted air heating (to be checked for proper operation), 1 x Blake u.w.toilet, shower, galley: electric waterpressure system, boyler hot water (220v/engine), Eno three burner gasstove with oven, 12v frontloading fridge, crockery.

Ford Sabre 2722E 85 hp (62 kW) diesel, installed in 1994, approx. 865 runninghours, indirect coolingsystem, mechanical gearbox, s.s.propellershaft, three bladed fixed propeller, cruisingspeed approx. 7,5 kn, consumption approx. 4 ltr/hr, 1 x manual bilgepump, 12/24/220v electrical system, 4 batteries, shorepower, Constavolt semi-automatic batterycharger, Sidepower electric bowthruster.

Sestrel pedestal compass, Aquatronic log, echosounder and windset (to be repaired), Shipmate RS8100 VHF (no Atis) with second horn connection, Furuno 1720 radar, Neco 692 autopilot, Sailor R104 receiver, radio/cassette player.

Sprayhood with cockpitcover, sunawning, Autoflug 4 pers. liferaft (to be inspected), Zodiac inflatable dinghy, lifebuoy, Vetus electric windlass, CQR anchor with chain, boardingladder, bowladder, fenders, warps, cockpit table, clock, barometer, cockpit cushions, etc.

Sloop-rigged, Proctor double spreader mast, s.s. standing rigging, Harken headsailfurler, 3 sails: full batten main with Lazy Jacks (Hood 1991) / furling genoa (Hood 1991) / workjib (2000), cover for main, slabreefing for main, Navtec hydraulic backstayadjuster, Proctor mechanical boomvang, 2 x 48CST sheetwinches, 2 x 44CST sheetwinches, 2 x 40CST halyardwinches, all by Lewmar. Her mast and standing rigging were completely replaced in 1991.
