Joshua 40, very close to original. In good condition, now being overseen. Located in Mexico. Previously 15 years ashore on shipyard. Good engine, windlass and autopilot. Watertight cabin doors. Owner (only two) says: "This boat is the best 40 foot sail boat that was ever made anywhere at any time. It can safely navigate in any weather at any latitude anywhere on the face of the earth."
