For Sale: Moonen 84 Aurora

De Valk has been appointed central agent for the sale of the Moonen 84 Aurora, a 25.50-metre seagoing motoryacht. Equipped for extended voyages, this luxury yacht is largely self-sufficient and built with first-class materials throughout. The sale is being handled by James Greenwood at De Valk’s Palma office.

Built in 2004, Aurora is one of eight displacement motoryachts in the highly successful Moonen 84 semi-series. She has an elegant blue steel hull and white aluminium superstructure, with smart teak decks. Her interior is equally stylish, centring on a spacious deck-level saloon with panoramic windows. This main social area branches out into the galley, which can be closed off with an electrically operated panel, and the spacious accommodation area.

Aurora has luxury quarters for up to seven guests in four suites. The master and VIP staterooms are double, and three of the cabins have ensuite bathrooms. The master stateroom even has a walk-in wardrobe. Up to four crew members can be accommodated in two comfortable cabins aft.

The premium entertainment equipment onboard Aurora includes satellite TV with touchscreen remote controls in the saloon and all cabins. The state-of-the-art AV system covers the cabins, saloon and sun deck. The engine room housing the main Caterpillar engines, generators, support gear and toys is extra large for optimal ease of maintenance.

Aurora is currently berthed at Moonen’s facilities in the Netherlands, where she is being given a completely new paint job.
